Where we can, we'll move ideas around to group them as intuitively as possible for the product managers working on the PMS.

  1. closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

  5. Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  7. Allow for multiple versions of the same parent space/room linked with different combinations of child rooms.

    For example, create Villa 1 with (101 as the parent) and 102, 103 and 104 as the children, but we also want to create Villa 1 connector (with 101 as the parent and only 102 as the connecting suite).

  8. Hello,

    We would like to be able to add a ''buffer period'' or preparation time between rentals, especially for hourly rentals.

    For example, if a guests rents a bike from 9 to 10am, and my buffer is 1 hour, then it will only be available to rent again from 11 am.

    This will prevent guest overlap if they are a few minutes early or late.

  9. We would love to have a different role options for our housekeeping so that only the houskeeping manager can "check" a room. Everyone else should just be able to put the room to "clean".

    That is not yet possible.

  10. When you put in a rate in Availability block the product rule that you have made should for the rate should follow. If I make a Availability block today and put in a rate the product rule for that rate doesn´t follow and I need to make a new product rule for every new block I do.

  11. Implement a feature to automatically generate a note in a reservation when a specific rate code or company is booked. Currently, notes need to be entered manually. An automated note would be useful for including specific instructions about payment, allocation, and any other important information for the front office. This enhancement would ensure consistency and efficiency in handling reservations.

  12. When we change prices and click enter, the next squared selected is the one in the right (same category for the next day). Nevertheless, normally when we change rates, we do so for an entire day. It will be much practical is the next square selected after clicking "Enter" is the one below what we have just changed. This way, we can swap from the first until the last category of a whole day and do it quicker than now.

Groups that are currently taking inventory and are contracted but do not have reservations picked up yet, are not being counted as "Sold Rooms" nor is the contracted revenue being accounted for anywhere. The Availability and Occupancy Report shows the group rooms under Confirmed or Optional but ultimately still shows that group inventory under "Free Spaces". Would be useful to see total expected group revenue per group, and for that revenue to be accounted for in the Manager Report.

  14. It would be good if when we enter on a certain customer who has a group booking - to see bookings sorted by groups on the dashboard instead of all the rooms that guests booked for all the upcoming dates - when we have groups sorted on the dashboard then we can choose the group and enter to see all the rooms listed.

  15. Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

  17. The term Last Room Value (LRV), refers to the maximum revenue a hotel can expect to make from the last room it has available for sale. It is used to avoid selling the last room below a certain rate – as when market demand is high the last room may be sold at a higher rate then normal

  19. while changing the room type from the property tab under the reservation for the same day reservation or for the future it is hard to change to room type without knowing if the other room type is available on that day or not so while making those changes the mews can show the room type in red if the front desk in moving the reservation to already booked room type.

  20. Some stay products are only used by management or certain reservation agents.
    Now all other agents and staff have to go through a long list of products to find the product that they need for the booking. Therefore it would be much easier if you could offer certain products only to management or certain employees.
