  2. We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
    We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.
    As it is now, checking is extremely time-consuming because you have to search for everything individually.

  3. Reservation screen has multiple tabs - billing, payments, dashboard, profile. It takes a lot of steps to find all information and it doesn't sit in one place. Simplify getting around the reservation with all the details.

  4. Availability blocks currently only allow the option to enter 1 specific rate for a block. Since we operate with different rates based on roomtypes, and a group often combines roomtypes, it would be great being able to select multiple rates.
    Also offering a group to book online with a discount based on public rates, it would be good to be able to offer them both a discounted flexible rate and a discounted non-refundable rate.

  5. The room number tab column in the rooming list should be customisable as we have many operational issues with the room numbers appearing on it and clients expecting to have those rooms when they check in. We should be able to remove this column if not relevant.

  6. When you add a product on the reservation screen, it would be nice to be able to select what date you want it for instead of being put for the all stay and after have to cancel the date you don't want it

  7. On the Reservation dashboard all invoices are listed. For invoices it would be great if the amount issues can be shown on the bill section. At the moment we need to write them in the notes.
    Additionally it would be great if we can have a button to extract all postings for this reservations. When invoices have been corrected, its very hard to see what happens on every single day of consumption. At the moment we need to export the accounting report for every single day and bring them all together to get a full understanding what postings have been…

  8. To verify with guest if this is the right card to be charged, show the last digits of the CC on the side of the CC Type Icon near "Charge and Close". This would avoid mistakes and this is also a LQA Standard (Leading Quality Assurance), which is one of the highest and most used hospitality standards.

  10. Nowadays it's still not possible to edit a specific customer profile report (only per arrival day is available). The idea is to create a customer profile with specific filters (available in Internals>Classifications). For instance I would like the list of all the blacklisted customer profiles from an unspecified timeline.

  11. We have two 4-persons private rooms. During the week, we have more request for 2-pers rooms. Is the following possible:

    Making a room 1a and 1b. Room 1a is e.g. the 4-pers room, 1b is the 2-pers room. If room 1a is booked, that room 1b will automatically be closed and the other way around. So the price for room 1a is based on 4-persons and the price of room 1b is based on 2-persons. The possibility to close one of the rooms yourself in advance should still apply of course to manage your rates & availability as efficient as…

  12. Give to each user the chance to change the reservation overview. Just give us more options, like in windows ( large icons, small icons, list and details).

  13. Our flexi rate is +20% of our base rate. So when guest adds an extra bed for 1000 they get charged 1200 for the extra bed with a fexible rate.
    We dont want this we only want to charge 1000.
    So we cant use this feature and have to use extra bed as a product which in itself leads to other issues.

  15. Each space category is specified with a maximum capacity setting to prevent too many guests and ensure that every companion is accommodated comfortably. In addition to maximum capacity, a setting to define a minimum capacity could also be beneficial for some properties that would like to reserve specific space categories for groups of a certain size.

  16. Our occupancy and availability reports provide an overview of crucial data, which can help properties plan and strategize for future rate pricing. Adding an extra tab for revenue totals in the occupancy export could contribute even more valuable data that could be used for planning. Comparing totals per day per space type could greatly improve reporting opportunities for all properties and revenue managers.

  19. When uploading Group blocks with excel, the system assigns rooms based on Room category, it would be beneficial to assign based on room numbers rather than room category

  20. Currently, it’s not possible to change the rate of an availability block once it’s created. To make any adjustments, the block would need to be deleted and a new one created.

    It would be very helpful to have the option to modify the rate directly without having to delete and recreate the block.:)
