Reservation assignment space status
When a guest books, status inspected should be the preferable choice, then dirty, out of service. That inspected room would be already ready for check-in, whether the out of service room isn't yet.

Add agent or company to check-out report
It would be great if you can see where the checked out reservations comes from. Maybe by selected in the column to the right. It makes it easier for us to send out the bills afterwards. Now you can selected customers notes and reservations notes.

Large number of reservations in one group is slow
This one is for the developers.
We have group of between 200 and 300 reservations spread out over 10 days in september. When you load one of the reservations the other 200+ are also loaded.
This makes every action (checkin, checkout, open bill, close bill yadayada) you need to take is very very slow.
I suspect the list is loaded synchronously. Maybe it helps if the reservation is loaded asynchronously. I only care about this 1 reservation not about the 200+ others...
This reservation for example is part of a large group.

Make internal notes more visible
If there is a note on a guest profile in ‘internal’ it would be great if when the profile was opened it alerted the operator.
It wouldn’t matter is it was automatic or if we had to select ‘alert’
EG – guest is a coeliac, rooms to avoid, comp fizz on next stay, guest likes a bath, dogs name. It can contain, positive, negative and important info that can be transferred onto next booking15 votes -
Ability to print confirmation letter
A bunch of our repeat guests either have no email address or make the reservations in person and want a physical copy of the confirmation letter. Kind of odd that this simple feature doesn't exist.

Automatic Segmentation by Rate
Currently, all users must manually add segments to every reservation.

Plan weekly housekeeping in MEWS directly
Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet. Housekeeping Room List
H all,
A good old rooming list with the exact amount of departures and arrivals. nifty to see how many people are leaving a room/ beds in a dormitory. and also how many will be arriving on the day.

improve conditional rate settlement triggers (Physical vs Virtual cards)
At the moment, if you set up a rate automation for OTA rates, the same trigger will be used for both virtual and physical credit cards. Ideally, there would be extra conditional fields in an "if this, then that" format. For example:
If Card type = Physical, then charge on confirmation
If card type = virtual, then charge on start dayThis conditionality format would also allow for less rate groups, and increased flexibility if other conditions are also created. It could be implemented with an advanced settings button to keep the current layout as simple as possible.

Changing rates for all room categories at once
We should be able to modify rates for multiple room categories at once. When we modify rates for a given period we should be able to select the period and then enter the rate for each category of rooms instead of having to click - re-enter the dates and then the rate.

Create Non-Physical Space Types
Each "service type" offered to a guest needs to be associated with a "space type". Current "space types" are limited to physical spaces only.
Some services, such as "Experiences", could use additional "non-tangible space types". Clients would have the flexibility and freedom to offer tours, trips, etc. which could also be covered under the Spacetime project as they often times use the same logic as the physical space types = inventory, rate and bookable timeframe.
Adding non-physical space types to the selection of "space types" would very likely increase usability of Spacetime.

Exclude combinable rooms from total room count
We have large flats with 3 rooms, equipped as follows s1iLiving room (not bookable independently).
2 bedrooms (can be booked in combination with the living room as a small or large flat, or separately as 2 studios.
Is it possible to add the living room so that it is not included in the count of total available rooms?
In one of our existing houses, this means that instead of 124 rooms with 10 flats, we suddenly have 134 available rooms.
For the cleaning report, it certainly makes sense to list all rooms. However, for all statistics, the data is distorted.15 votesHello from the Mews product team. Multiple Accounting Categories - no show charging
Allow in the new spacetime for multiple automated no show charging. Currently customers can only select one accounting category for no show charging. When applying multiple business types in one system (which we do already), the system should also cater for multiple no show charges.

THE SPACE CAN NOT BE MOVED AS THEY WERE BLOCKED
IF I HAVE A GUEST IN A ROOM FOR 10 NIGHTS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY I NEED TO CHANGE THE ROOM NUMBER I CAN NOT DO THAT AS THE OTHER ROOM NUMBER OF SAME ROOM TYPE WERE OCCUPIED BEFORE SO IT BLOCKS TO CHANGE THE ROOM NUMBER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY

Add the number of nights to the popup
If there's a chance we could add the number of nights count to the popup when we hover over a reservation in the timeline view.

Place group reservations in a bulk on the cashlist
When a group is arriving where the company is paying for RBT it should be possible to place these reservation all at once on the cashlist to avoid walk outs.
This should also be possible to have everyone automatically on the cashlist (less work to take someone off then place everyone on who is not allowed to book items to their room)15 votesHello from the Mews product team,

overwriting our fixed rates incl. breakfast, results in rates excl. breakfast
When clicking on the rate (incl. breakfast) when making a reservation in commander, since the overwrite update of last week, results in a rate excl. breakfast. Also, if we change the rate here, breakfast is only added in the next screen. We only sell room rates incl. breakfast, so this is not really desirable. could the rate stay incl. breakfast, in our configuration?
