Add attachment to emails being sent from Mews
Possibility to add attachments to emails before sending to guest/company. For example POS ticket which shows what a guest or group has consumed in the restaurant

hide restricted rates in commander reservation screen
It would be much more comfortable if there were only available rates in the rate selection of the reservation screen. especially if the rate should not apply to the space category.

Add Operator Check in Statistic to Reservations widget on Mews Dashboard
Mews does not provide the number of check-ins completed using the Mews Operator, In the reservations tile on the Mews dashboard a number of statistics are displayed in a widget. It would beneficial to add the number of Operator / kiosk check-ins to this widget

Add new fields to Guests in House Report
The Mews guests in house report is an extremely useful tool to check all customer data for guests that are currently in house. This snapshot of customer data can help managers quickly gather important details, although some additional fields could be helpful for guest analysis as well. For example, customer classifications and customer nationality details could both provide further valuable insight for quick data analysis of customers.

Reservation Report should allow you to choose more than one rate plan
You can only select one rate plan but have the feature to select multiple segments, etc. Why not have the same feature for rate plans?

nationality on second+ person on reservation
We have to make statistics in most countries and it would help a LOT if the other guest on a reservation who does not have a profile, is automatically the same nationality as the "owner" of the reservation. We have a lot of missing nationalities and we can not correct them without adding every single person with a new profile, in every single reservation and that is too much work.

Restriction suite à un check-out et avant le prochain check-in
Pourvoir définir qu'un check-in ne peut pas avoir lieu avant un certain délai suite à un check-out.
Ce délai peut-être pour certaines catégories de logement ou juste pour certains jours de la semaine.Par exemple:
nous n'avons pas d'équipe de ménage un we, donc interdire les réservations avec une arrivée le dimanche si un départ est prévu le samedi.
Et inversement, une arrivée est prévue un dimanche, la chambre ne pourra pas se vendre si le check-out de la nouvelle réservation est la veille.27 votesHello from the Mews product team. RATES visibility for internal use
When restrictions are in place (for example: minimal stay 2 nights) the internal user CANNOT see the rate on those given days. In fact when restrictions are in place the hotelier cannot see any of the rates. So when there is a WALK IN or a request the hotelier is flying blind. Therefore: even when restrictions are in place there should be an option that hoteliers or certain users can still see the rates of that day.

Mix multiple cancelation policies within one rate
To setup 2 policies applicable to 1 rate who has different season instead of creating new rates for each season. The current system block guest from booking through 2 seasons. Example: A stay Dec 17 to Dec 25. December 17 to 20 is low season and December 21st to 25 is holiday/peak season. Low season is 1 policy and Peak/Holiday is 1 policy. Currently, I have 2 rates due to the policy issue.

When you manage rates and all rules in PMS, you could not round up your final price. For exemple, special offer to 10% OFF, the final price will be $101.52 instead of $102.

VAT 0 for every items paid by Complimentary external payment
Who wants to pay VAT on something we didn't get paid for !!!!
When an item is offered with the Complimentary external payment, cancel the VAT of the item.

Ability to suspend a user account
It is only possible to delete or create a user in Mews => We would need Mews to offer the possibility to suspend an account or desactivate it for a given period of time

Manage gift cards
Hi There, Many hotels are struggeling daily with excel sheet to keep track of their "gift vouchers", would be nice if we can implement this into Mews. Ideally with; Number/code, value, expiry date.

Identical Copy of a Reservation
Often it happens that some guests would like to add more identical bookings, just under a different name, if they are part of a group. I am aware there is already a tool to make a duplicate from Mews, however, the information copied are not sufficient and should also include manually entered rates. I have already provided this information to Mews Premium, who informed us that it's not possible and they requested to add the idea on this feedback form.
