Availability Block All Rooms
We are a small events venue with 22 guest rooms. When we get a wedding room block it is almost always for all rooms on property. When setting up a block, we add all 22 room categories one by one. We would really love it if there was a bulk add option all space categories to the block. Also helpful if there was a way to then allocate all available rooms in a category and not click on each category to adjust the number of spaces held.

Reassign Reservation Spaces
I would like it if Mews could reassign reservations to a different space if it could open up another reservation. I have a couple of niche uses for this at my property but can think of a few ways other properties may use it too.

Dynamic product rules - Base product rule on own criteria
Product rules should be possible to adapt based on arrival, origin, segment, rate, space etc. This allows us to automize specific charges and better work on upselling and creating new revenue streams!

Accountling ledger, bonus withdrawl
I like that bonus points are added to the accounting ledger. But I would very much like it to be updated so that these come chronologically by date. There will be a lot of scrolling to find the way when something is written there, you have not paid off because it is no longer shown on the guest's bill directly.

Zero Balance Required for Check-in
We would like to require all bookings to have zero balance, or be linked to a ledge in order to proceed to check-in. We run a lean operation and all our bookings should be fully pre-paid at time of booking or upon arrival, we want to disable the ability to check-in a booking if there's a balance outstanding.

Provide an option to move or remove the chatbot bubble
The chatbot bubble is static at the bottom left corner of the screen. It blocks access to anything that I have to click on that very same spot! Please make an option to move this bubble.

Rate Groups - allow to hide rates & turn off auto email confirmation for certain rate groups.
I don't want to send confirmation emails to 3rd party OTA's. They send through the 3rd part platform and may show a rate code which is a violation of the agreement between hotels and OTA's. Example: Expedia collect - the commission is taken from the room rate, so what the guest sees is lower than what the guest pays. This causes issues as the guest will be confused and disgruntled thinking they somehow are getting overcharged by Expedia.

It would be helpful if MEWS receipt could be updated after the guest have checked in.
We have got request from our customers that we would be possible to update the company information after the guest have checked in. They perceive that the system is inflexible in that way.

Searchable fields for companies
Today we only have 2 searchable options for companies. It is the name and the External Identifier.
It would be great if we have more fields to search for in the searchbar i.e. phone number / e-mail address / fiscal information.
When the company profile is getting more and more attention with company billing and such it would be easy to implement a couple of more fields so it will be easier to get to the profiles.

Make group reservations more clear (master bookings)
*Group reservations should only have 1 confirmation number!
*Changing the room breakdown should go easier.

Create a button where you can choose between group invoice/individual invoice
Creating a button where you can easily mark if a group can be invoiced on 1 bill - or if the rooms in the group will pay all separately. Right now all items of all bills have to be moved individually to 1 main bill. Having a button to make these changes with 1 click would save a lot of time!

Different sources for Currency Exchange
PURO Hotels need to enable new source for CURRENCY EXCHANGES, they need to work with both EUR and PZL but the source for the exchange rate between these 2 currencies needs to be POLISH NATIONAL BANK, this is not an option right now on the actual integration

Categorization of cancellation fee rebate
The rebate on the cancellation fee option in stay settings is not assigned to the cancellation fee category, but to the stay category if "Additional expense rebate" is not set.
