Möglichkeit Produkte nur intern zu splitten
Es wäre dringend notwendig eine Möglichkeit zu haben Produkte nur intern vom Gesamtbetrag abzusplitten für die Buchhaltung.
Beispiel: Zimmerpreis 150 EUR, davon sind anteilig 30 EUR Frühstück. Diese 30 EUR müssten automatisch im Hintergrund abgesplittet werden und in die Buchhaltungskategorie z.B. Food & Beverage gebucht werden ohne das dies für den Gast ersichtlich ist. Derzeit müssen wir ein Produkt aufsetzten und ein Ausgleichsprodukt dafür aufsetzten, damit es korrekt für die Buchhaltung verbucht wird.2 votes -
Housekeeping room status - possibility to fil in the room status the day before
We would like to be able to fill in the housekeeping room status the day before. In case a housekeeping manager has a day off or starts later.
At the moment it is not possible, because if you click the date to day after they rooms will not been shown for this date as well, but still shows departures and stay overs from the day of today.2 votes -
Option to automatically send invoices after issuing
Could there be an option to automatically send the invoices after issuing them? The same option exists with normal bills, and it would be great as sometimes people forget and then we are waiting for our money.

As a hotel, we offer our partners overnight stays as sponsorship for an event.

Product checklist: Report on guest trends
It would be very useful for us to be able to see the trends for when people arrive for breakfast on different weekdays/times of year, to see when and where we should most efficiently use our staff.
Therefore it would be nice if it was possible to filter the product report in such a way that you can view which products are "checked" at which times on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Similar to (or the same as) how we check when most people check in and out in the Activity Report.

Add a permission for overriding reservation rules
If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule

Add column to accounting ledger with reservation status
It would be very helpful if you could put an extra column in the accounting ledger what the status is of this reservation. Every booking has the unresolved status even if they are still checked in. We would like to see if a booking is "past"before you click on it. Or only the reservations which are in the past have the unresolved status. Now we have a big list of reservations we have to click on first to see if it is in the past to close the bill.

I've been on the forum for a while now and have a few suggestions for improvements.
It would be nice if:
*the results could be filtered according to completed, rejected, open. at the moment you have to fight your way through various articles that make no sense to read
*if you could also filter the search, e.g. all words must be included etc.
*if your entries were moderated so that similar ideas were grouped together
*if there was feedback on entries that have really received a lot of votes and yet are obviously not implemented

Show departments in the task list
The relevant department is currently not displayed in the task list within the reservation. So if I want to know who the task is written for, I have to open it individually.

It would be helpful to select multiple room categories within the availability & occupancy report.
At the moment it is only possible to select all or one room category. If you like to check on the availability of only a few space categories you have to search the whole list.33 votes -

It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.

Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.

Neue Reservierung - Verfügbarkeitsanzeige
If you want to enter a new reservation, all rate groups and rates appear in the availability display. However, the rate window is not wide enough to display all rates. You have to scroll all the way down to expand the display to the right.
I would like to see this bar for expanding the rate display above the rates window, ie below "rooms".

Adding occupancy starting and ending time on the hourly service
When creating a Hourly Service to sell hotel rooms during the day, we would like to have the possibility to add occupancy starting time and ending time to this service.
To be able to sell room during the day on different time slots, we're first going to set up the Hourly Service. We are then going to create Rate Plans on which we add "Closed to stay" Restrictions on selected hours.
With this setup I can sell my day rooms on different time slot and at different rates.However this configuration does not allow us to set up the Occupancy…

Improve dynamic charging mode of a stay product
When choosing Charging "Once" and then Consumed at either "Reservation end" or "Reservation start" on a stay produkt, you shouldn't be required to enter date and time when adding the item to a reservation.
I.e. "Late check out" would be set as "Once", and when adding it to a reservation you choose Count (no. of hours) and it would automatically be posted on the check out date.3 votes -
