Property Operations and PMS: this is the forum for posting your ideas and comments on all aspects of hotel operations, from reservations to events to metrics and reports. Where we can, we'll move ideas around to group them as intuitively as possible for the product managers working on the PMS.

  2. close invoice wihtout entering postcode

    this is really time consuming when the customer doesn't want an invoice and we just want to register the check-out.

  4. Bump "normal" guest for VIP when overbook

    When overbooking hotel, a "VIP" booking needs to take preference over normal booking.

  5. Billing items not to be consumed before guest check in

    Posting items from Billing allow to be consumed before the guest check in, which dosen't have any sense...

    Should be blocked, or at least have a pop up warking about it...

    Very necessary.

  7. Toggle specific Mobile Notificaitons from Commander App

    Currently if you have the mobile commander app installed and you are set to receive customer messages in Mews then you receive all messages as a notification on your phone from the mobile app. There isn't currently a way to toggle these notifications without just disabling the app from sending notifications entirely.

  9. Availability Report - Making a reservation by highlighting date range within room category

    By highlighting a date range within the availability (or occupancy) report, we would save 3 clicks which are required to make a reservation.

  10. Allow selection of multiple export targets

    Currently you are only able to select one export target for schedules. This means that for each configuration of people you need a new target. It would be useful to have targets setup for each individual person, then when creating a schedule you select multiple targets (people). This would make it easier to change who an export schedule gets sent to as well as making it easier to create schedules.

  12. In the new reservation module one place to fill in the amount of adults and children.

    fill in the amount of guests on one place, not for every space categorie.

  18. Commander App translated in multiple languages (Android)

    Housekepping departments can't use the app as it's not translated into Spanish and normally this staff is not speaking any other language.

  19. To filter space status report by segment

    When we do housekeeping list, we have 2 main different bookings, which can only be categorized by segment, that would allow us to make the list faster and avoid the confusion between different segment bookings

  20. Additional filter options on Bills & Invoices

    Add additional filters to the Bills & Invoices report. This will allow various departments to search for specific bills & invoices as they require.
