  1. (1) When filtering out the Start and End date fields to search "applicable" or "created" interval, it should intuitively grey out dates past the start date and then prompt the user with future dates within the same calendar period (future in general). Users should not be expected to keep clicking on dates to select the desired dates.

    (2) Once you access a restriction, and edit it then you click "<=" to go back to the restriction page/dashboard. However, the dates previously selected have been reset to the current/default "applicable" window. The clients would like to not keep selecting the dates…

  4. If the client has MMMP active, they would like to be able to look up a reservation number and find then the property, as sometimes people call not knowing which hotel they are staying but giving you only the reservation number.

  5. The "group by" filter in the reservation report does not differentiate between groups with 1 reservation and those with 3+ reservations. Mews assigns a group reference/name to all regardless of the number of reservations in the group.

    For better group management, we need a more comprehensive group reporting for all corporate/business/conference groups at a property which would aid in easier marketing, financial performance, and reservation management.

  6. Can you under the Availability Block Report add a column for Picked-up/Blocked rooms?

    So we easily can see what block that still have rooms blocked but not picked up, without having to open each and everyone to check for blocked rooms.
    Per today we only see "status, Start, End, Release, etc"

    Then we can more easily sell it to someone else !

  8. Turn off the "New device sign in" emails.
    They do not work and causes about 20-30 tickets to our support each day.
    Some users get these emails several times a day.
    It's a nuisance.

  11. I wish to be able to have a locked view setting / ghost view when assigning in the morning. This to to let employees see too soon what floors/section they are on.

    Reasons: It could cause unneccisarry stress, we might need to change and they like to plan before work. As employees can use the app in their private phones, they are able to start processing when they shouldn't. And its a help for them to not work, before work. Even thouh we start assigning 1-2h before actual start for all employees.

  13. We require the ability to customise the colours of buttons, such as "Chat with Us" or "Manage Reservation," within the email templates.

    Currently there is no option other than the default Cobalt Blue.

    This flexibility will enable us to align their design seamlessly with the visual identity of the property's website and overall brand communication.

  16. I think it would be very helpful to have the option to set customizable (per house, per user) templates for reports.

    In general I appreciate the flexibility in creating a report such as the reservation report.
    But if there is a report that is needed regularly, it can be a bit exhausting to everytime set all filters.
    To set up the scheduled exports is a solution only in case there is a fixed schedule. If we could have the option to select a template that would adjust the filters a certain way, this would be more than helpful and time…

  17. It would be good that the bills that are in the Company Profile billing showed whether the reservation is 'Past', 'Future' or 'Checked in' so it is easier to issue invoices to big OTA providers like AirBnb, which have many bookings assigned at the same time. Currently you have to open and check every single bill.

    This could show the same way the 'Items: 1' tab does.
