  1. Currently, there is a hidden character limit for the Directions field in the configuration page of a space. When exceeding the limit, there is no warning & after saving the field resets to empty. Displaying the character limit will help stay within the boundaries and save time re-entering the directions to the Space.

  2. Would it be possible to configure fixed start and end dates for the "voucher" booking engines?

    To improve the guest experience when promoting a time-limited rate, it would be ideal to define a default start date for the voucher that aligns with the start of the promotion. If the selected date is before this, the default would adjust to the actual current date.

    Likewise, if a user searches for availability beyond the promotion’s end date, rather than showing a generic “No availability” message, it could display “Sorry, this offer has expired” with a redirect link to the main booking engine.

  3. When you have the departure list open and select multiple rooms you sometimes get an error message that one room can not be checked out if it is already checked out or have an open biil. It would be great if the system checked out the remaning rooms that have been selected so you don't have to start over from the beginning if the page is not updated and you have selected multiple rooms for check out

  5. As one of the individual permissions, give the option to restrict exporting reports. With the current phishing attempts it is very important to limit who can export reservations reports.

  6. I’d like the Out of Service function to work more like the Out of Order function, with the ability to set a start and stop date/time. The room should remain bookable, but it would be really helpful if the reason and timeframe were displayed more visibly on the timeline screen.

    This would be a game changer for our maintenance team’s ability to communicate with the front desk. Sometimes they’re working in a room that we still want to keep sellable, and having a clear, visible note on the timeline would make it much easier to seamlessly share that information between…

  7. The relevant department is currently not displayed in the task list within the reservation. So if I want to know who the task is written for, I have to open it individually.
    It would be nicer if there was a column for the department in the overview.

  9. I don't know why the rate management screen has been changed but it's dreadful. I used to be able to click on individual days and quickly change the price but now can't. Can it be changed back please? Or give a quick edit option?

  10. I am reaching out to request a feature update that would allow rates to be suppressed on reservations. This functionality is very important to our daily operations, as many of our corporate accounts prefer to book reservations for their associates without disclosing the rate to them.

    This capability was available to our corporate clients in our previous PMS, and the inability to suppress rates now creates challenges and can negatively impact our business relationships with these clients.

  11. a direct way to set minimum length of stay restrictions that depend on the booking window—for example, enabling 1-night stays when booked within a week of arrival but requiring a 2-night minimum otherwise. lead-time-specific rules would make for a better occupancy and facilitate further processes.

  12. Properties would love the option to either package the bill as a whole line OR to have each line packaged per daily consumption therefore offering businesses that require it an itemized bill.

  13. Hi,

    It would be great to see at a glance the gateway state of a bill sent on the guest/company dashboard.
    We can see it was “sent” but it doesn’t mean it was received.

    Gateway State let us know when dropped - for example, there was a typo in the email address

    We could more easily identify when invoices have never reached our customers.

    Do you think that would be feasible?

    It would be great to be able to search by purchase order number and the reservation in question would be brought up.

  15. please add Inquired reservations in both places, Reservation Overview and the Availability & Occupancy report

    Is it possible to get a better view of the Availability & Occupancy report to also include INQUIRED reservations?

    Per today we can see the number of Optional reservations and Inquired blocks, but not Inquired reservations - which would to get a clearer overview of wait listed reservations.

    Per today, the only way to find the INQUIRED reservations is a very complicated and time consuming way, you have to go through the Reservations report and choose Inquired.

    But On the Reservation Overview - used every…

  16. Having an ‘Out of Sales’ status which blocks the sale over a date period but does not remove it from the inventory.

    It is possible to use House Use but this is not taken into account by RMS DUETTO.

  17. Would be wonderful if you could click on a date in the next month rather than them being blanked out and you having to go up to an arrow in the month calender and clicking a small arrow to move to the next month. Time and wrist saving!
