  1. We need to be able to quickly and efficiently e-mail reports to other departments, and it is too fiddly and time-consuming to export, then download, the save somewhere, then attach as an e-mail and send.

    Could it be possible to add an option to e-mail a report directly from the Exports?

  2. When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)

    It shows 'Customers' but it would be great if this could be further broken down into adults/children/infants. Could this be a possiblity?

  3. If you accidentally post an incorrect amount for a Product, or forget to enter some information such as a check no. or any other relevant information, there does not seem to be any way either outright cancel that posting, or to amend either the amount you accidentally posted, or enter some notes you forgot to write.

    Could this please be rectified ASAP?

  4. Have a filter in the reservations report for "staying period".

    For example, I want to look at bookings created on 04/10/2021 that are staying between 1st November and 31st November

  5. Ex : All the summer rates are desactivate, and I see it all when I am setting the restrictions during for the winter dates and rates. (mountain resort hotel)

  7. In Mews Analytics you now have the ability to save default view. However, in the same screen some properties are using multiple views and have to change the filter settings each time. It would be good to have the ability to have multiple favorite views of reports and not just one per screen.

  8. A Report for linen change for all stayovers (day of arival +2+2+2+2 ... except changing day = departure day) is needed so housekeeping knows in which rooms the linen needs to be changed. (Accor standard)

  9. Being able to apply discounts on the fly from the New Reservation Screen with different rates based on the service. Example: 15% on Accommodation, 5% on F&B ... Revenues need to be reflected accordingly per Accounting category.

  10. cxl fee for 1 night maximum it should take the products just for one night not for all the nights

  11. Hello!

    I work in the reception of a hotel where we have a lobby shop. When we go to billing on the paymaster account the list of products we can add is rather long, with the number of items we have.

    Therefore I request the feature to collapse categories within the product list so that it is easier to find certain items/products in our list that we wish to add to the bill.

    The collapse menu function could also be added to any menu where there are categorized lists for easier navigation when lists become long.

  12. Hello Dear Carl,

    In this case the reservation, despite being of an NRF rate, was not cancelled but suffered a change of dates, so the cancellation fee would only be the difference between the value of the new reservation and the value of the initial reservation.

    New dates: 527€
    Initial dates: 460€
    Cancellation fee: 67€

    is there any possibility of programming this NRF condition when there is a change of dates so that the cancellation fee is only the difference, but at the minimum of the initial dates, in this case it would be the minimum of 460€.

  13. One daily report pick up that shows occupancy, adr and revenue by segment, with dates ranges at past and future. for example, the create date, from the 1st of january to 31st of december

  14. When we have a promotionnal rate derived from another rate group
    The strikeout price is the most expansive price of the same rate group.
    But the rate can be derived from a rate code that is in another rate group.
    When we apply the discount on this base rate, to have the derived rate, the striked-out rate should be the one used for the derivation instead of the most expansive of the group.

  15. All departments use different reports and different functions, it would be ideal and save time, if we were able to pin the reports that each person uses or functions to the home screen for each property.

    The advantage is that you can save time going through several drop down menus. as an example I use the Merchant Balance everyday and have to use go through the drop down menu every time.

  18. would it be possible to make the room number guests are allocated to or have stayed in more prominent on the overview and dashboard.
    also, it is very annoying you are not able to see the full name. perhaps move the three icons on the right corner further down?

  20. it is very annoying that when you search and choose a group, one of the bookings is ticked. if it is a large group, you are not always able to see which one and need to scroll down to unclick it before you are able to make any chances to other bookings. waste of time and also huge potential to make mistakes
