nights, products and additional expenses totals
It would be nice if the night, products and additional expenses, shown at the right side of the screen in a reservation, could be totals and be folded out if clicked on for details. This way long stays do not result in a long list you have to scroll down, to see the notes at the bottom.

prepaid reservation
we need to make changes on the prepaid reservation registration form and make it something like not displaying the rates to guest which should be by default because it brings lot of questions in the mind of guest espcecially prepaud reservations from expedia and jcb

Employee creation process
In MEWS system only superior employee can create employees under him . However I think this is a shortcoming in the system. As you know all management hierarchy follows up the chairman or CEO , then he is the only person who is allowed to create users. Also after going live and users usually face issues with their passwords , rights etc.. then the chairman should take care of fixing these issues!! I think this process should not be considered as is now. Admin user should be able to create and manage users and if you need to add another…

Capacity in Managing restrictions calendar

products in stay and service could be the same
Some products are being used in stay but are also used in service.
For example we have rental bikes that are booked in advance, but are also rented out by guests from outside the hotel. They don't have a booking with us, we book this on a paymaster but have to recreate the products we already have with the stay products. It would be great if we van connect or copy them in some way. Delete the charge and close button
The button is to attempting and it happends a lot that staff uses this button to early. No corrections can't be made on the same bill anymore. Please make it possible to chose if you want to use this button or not.

Selecting the reservation number with a double click
When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.

When choosing a rates option from a column in commander, please also put lowest rate first.
We have set up different rate types for 1/2 use and 3/4 use per room. The the 3/4 use option is alway first shown, when making a reservation in commander. We would prefer 1/2 use first shown.

Display all billing details in one line
Having an additional file where a bill number, the total price, the base price and the vat price appears in the same line per each reservation.

Space status history report
Report which allows us to see how many rooms of each category has been cleaned during the month. This feature is interesting for the hotel service in charge of room managing in order to check the number of rooms cleaned and charged at the end of the month. Each room category have different rates.
