  1. Currently the Reservations Report Arrival screen can be viewed. Many properties print this report to view any actionable items or notes. Currently, Mew has an export but the data has all the reservation information including address, credit card details, etc... that is not needed. Just need the ability to view/print on PDF basic guest arrival information especially notes that fit on a page.

    These reports are not just backup reports, but used every day by the front desk team and are printed/viewed upon demand.

  2. Confirmed, Consumed and Forecasted Revenue, Room Nights and ADR on the books by Market Segment for a specific date span. Example, if I wanted to see on Total On the Books for June and today is June 10, I would select June 1 to June 30 date span. This would show me consumed revenue for the first 9 days and confirmed revenue from June 10 to June 30. Summary Report only. No details other than options to show all Segments or just Transient, Group, House Use, Comp, Out of Order. Total at the Bottom of the report, Days of the…

  3. Would like to have the ability to view/export/print a day by day market segment report for a specific date span. This could be for past dates or future dates. This would include only totals, no details or drill down required, of room nights, ADR by market segment. Would also be good to show Period to Date, Year to Date, Period to Date Last Year and YTD Last Year with Summary Totals at the bottom of the report. This would make it easier for property management and revenue management teams to see how they are performing as compared to Last Year.…

  4. Allow for a 'rate cap' or 'maximum threshold' for space categories that are derived by a percentage increase off the base rate.

    For example: a space category that decreases 20% off base rate would not be allowed to reach below $.xx or above $.xx

  5. I have been facing an issue with my timeline and task donuts as it does not gives me real time data and my timeline if i resolve the overbooking it still keeps on showing the red or orange line for overbooking so i need to log in again and then it gets resolve and this is what we are facing since 2 months and they are still working on the issue lol since 2 months and they will get back to us when they have something lol almost 2 months???

    Thank you for your feedback, we are investigating the case you have reported with regards to issues when refreshing the timeline and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused

  6. We have large flats with 3 rooms, equipped as follows s1iLiving room (not bookable independently).
    2 bedrooms (can be booked in combination with the living room as a small or large flat, or separately as 2 studios.
    Is it possible to add the living room so that it is not included in the count of total available rooms?
    In one of our existing houses, this means that instead of 124 rooms with 10 flats, we suddenly have 134 available rooms.
    For the cleaning report, it certainly makes sense to list all rooms. However, for all statistics, the data is distorted.

  9. When we have a promotionnal rate derived from another rate group
    The strikeout price is the most expansive price of the same rate group.
    But the rate can be derived from a rate code that is in another rate group.
    When we apply the discount on this base rate, to have the derived rate, the striked-out rate should be the one used for the derivation instead of the most expansive of the group.

  11. L'écran "aperçu des réservations" montre les arrivées en commençant par les prénoms et non les noms. Ceci serait plus simple d'avoir les noms des clients EN ENTIER, même sans le prénom!

    The "Reservation overview" screen shows arrivals starting with first names and not last names. It would be easier to have the names of the clients IN FULL, even without the first name!

  13. Sometimes the POS is not able to push outlet revenue to the PMS (for technical reasons). It would be nice if it was possible to manually input revenue in the Mews outlet section in order to correct the missing revenue.

  14. All departments use different reports and different functions, it would be ideal and save time, if we were able to pin the reports that each person uses or functions to the home screen for each property.

    The advantage is that you can save time going through several drop down menus. as an example I use the Merchant Balance everyday and have to use go through the drop down menu every time.

  17. Les propositions que nous envoyons à nos clients pour les demandes de groupes manquent cruellement de clairté et de précisions.
    Il faudrait travailler sur le sujet.
    Que le client ait un récapitulatif par exemple :
    Par date de séjour du nombre de logements proposé, à quel prix par nuit x le nb de nuits le total TTC et HT
    idem pour les produits annexes.
    date d'option, montant de l'acompte demandé, ou détail des conditions de réservation.

  19. Wij hebben een "receptierekening" aangemaakt waarop wij lopende dingen boeken zoals fietsverhuur, cadeaubonnen verkoop, receptie shop artikelen. Er staan inmiddels heel veel regels op deze rekening. Wij scrollen ons rot. :-) Is het mogelijk om er een kalender aan te hangen. De lopende dingen van die dag zie je in beeld en mocht je iets van een andere dag willen zien dan klik je op het kalendertje om die dag in te kunnen zien.
    Ik hoop dat dit duidelijk genoeg is. Ik heb met Stepan gesproken, hij weet volgens mij wat ik bedoel.

  20. good example to state my feature request:

    Some of our hotels offer breakfast as optional service. The customers add it when placing a reservation in the booking engine. The "breakfast during your stay" product is calculating the amount of persons and the amount of nights. We have the correct information that the booking is placed with 2 adults and 1 kid. The price of the breakfast for a kid is cheaper, so it could be interesting if you can add two prices in one product: a price for an adult and a price for a kid.
