    Returns availability for the selected services (if it's booked or blocked).
    We can get availability for Accommodation.

  5. When creating places in Navigator, it would be nice with more classifications to chose from. "Museum", "religion", "point of interest" are some that would help.

  10. Currently, it is not possible to disable the automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations. Mews automatically sends a PDF when an optional reservation with 5+ rooms is created, which causes an issue when using this email template. At this time, there is no option to prevent the PDF from being sent automatically.
    We would like to have the ability to disable this automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations.

  11. Add an option in the customer profile to disable certain automated emails (check-ins, reminders, etc.).
    This would be useful for long-term, returning customers who do not want to receive recurring weekly emails.

  12. The new Upsells section released in December 2025 could benefit from clearer information. Currently, if the Online booking touchpoint is enabled for an upsell and an automatic task is also enabled, the task is not created as expected.

    Support has advised that automatic tasks currently only apply to kiosk check-ins, not when a guest adds an upsell via the online booking engine. This isn’t obvious from the current setup and can easily lead to confusion.

    It would be helpful if this limitation were clearly communicated or, ideally, improved. For example, if a guest adds a Romantic Bed Setup during the…

  13. A placeholder character in the search bar would be great, as it would make it easier to search for names or companies when you are unsure how they are spelled.
    For example, if I'm searching for Maximilian Meyer, but don't know whether the guest is listed in the system as Max or Maxi or Maximilian and how exactly the last name is spelled. In this case, I could enter Max% M%er, for example, and the system would give me the resulting options.

  14. Currently the News Booking engine will show NO availivility for a full month when you click a date on a calendar that has no availability and a two night stay restriction.This is very misleading for someone trying to book as it show the full month is booked. Mews needs to fix this.

  15. We have benefits connected to specific rates. It would be helpful if, when these rates are booked, a task automatically appears so we always remember to provide these benefits to the guests.

  16. Current Flow >> Guests go through multiple steps:

    ""Dates → Room Selection → Rates + Upsell → Summary → Details → Payment Confirmation""

    *Extra Pages create more opportunities for guests to drop off.
    *
    For example, the Summary page seems to act as an extra confirmation step before entering guest details and payment.
    *Fewer clicks and transitions mean less friction and fewer chances for abandonment.
    *
    Combining certain pages/elements might also have a better customer experience.

  17. When a portfolio includes more than 1 property, the current process requires checking each property individually to locate the open bill. Imagine a chain with 100+ properties. This approach is highly time-intensive and introduces unnecessary operational overhead.

    Ideally, if the system detects an open bill anywhere in the portfolio chain, the error handling logic should surface the specific property ID with that open bill directly in the error message. This would significantly reduce manual effort, improve troubleshooting efficiency, and deliver a better user experience by providing actionable information upfront.

  18. Aktuell steht auf dem Bildschirmschoner der Tablets die für den Kiosk genutzt werden "hier einchecken". Daher nutzen die Gäste das Tablet aber nicht für den Check-out. Wir können den Bildschirmschoner auch nicht deaktivieren. Es wäre gut, wenn man den entweder individuell gestalten könnte oder auch die Check-out Funktion sichtbar ist.

  19. Wenn wir potentiellen Gästen mehrere Zimmer offerieren wollen, wäre es cool, dass jedes Zimmer im E-Mail einzeln gebucht werden kann. Also das man entscheiden will ob es ein Gast ist mit einem Zimmer aber er möchte verschiedene Zimmeroptionen, oder ob es eine Anfrage ist mit mehreren Zimmern, welche dann alle bestätigt werden (so ist es im Moment). Es wäre sehr Hilfreich, damit der Gast nicht 4-5 verschiedene E-Mails erhält und direkt buchen kann, wenn ihm eine Zimmerkategorie gefällt.

  20. we have a customer that specifically wants a specific room when they stay. since the room assignments are automated in mews, is there a way to make this part of the guest profile internals? so that that customer always gets that specific room and there is no day before/of reassigning of rooms to accomodate this.
