    At the moment, LLMs (like ChatGPT) and meta search platforms tend to redirect users to OTAs like Booking.com instead of our direct Booking Engine. This shift is largely due to a suboptimal booking interface, which contributes to significant commission losses.   2. When setting up a MinLOS, the booking enigne mentions "no availability".
    This is misleading for guests since you can book, but only for 2 nights (in our example). There should be a pop up saying that there is a MinLOS for the requested date.

  3. Have the option of either making a new room key or a duplicate room key. So you can make a copy without the old key being deactivated

  4. When choosing initial room guest can add promoted services. Once promoted service is added, if the guest wants to add another room from primary service ("+Add another item") promoted services are not offered any more.
    It would be helpfull if promoted services are always offered when choosing the item from the primary service.

  5. It would be useful to have the control over which order the languages are shown on the Kiosk.For example: in our properties, most customers are French, and French is way down the list. It would be great to have it as the second option in the language menu.

  6. Only available time slots visible in booking engine on first page, not after you already have chosen a time slot on the first page (ie. if the service booked from 11-12 or 18-19, they would not be even as an alternative, but only times between 12-18 and 19-21 for example.

  8. We would like to see profile internals, after typing the guest name in reservation. Now the "customer field" shows only name and e-mail - can we get internals on this line also? Would help a lot fx returning guest or preferences.

  10. Current Guest Portal was implemented with limitation: “Service cross-sells are offered for single reservations only”.
    We would like to have upsells offered for grouped reservations, including grouped reservations created in Booking engine from promoted services as well.

  11. Disabling the “Display marketing email opt-in” option in Registration card configuration is only applicable to the registration card pdf. We were expecting that the “I’d like to occasionally receive marketing updates…” check-box would not show in the Booking engine, Online check-in and Kiosk. In Canada, any purchase would imply soft consent if we don't explicitly show the check box.

  12. Guest is not getting any type of confirmation email after onlineor kiosk check in about the products purchased after after booking. For example if guest purchased products during kiosk check in, thet should be listed in Check in confirmation email. Currently, guests have no track of products purchased in Guest experience

We're currently able to sell additional bookable services to guests if they elect to use the online check-in module (using the "Service promotions" feature), however we can't offer these same services to guests if they elect to use the Kiosk check-in module. This makes no sense. We would suggest adding a "During Kiosk check-in” check-box option in Service promotions > Promotion settings > Offer to customer* to supplement the current “In booking engine” and “During online check-in” options that are already offered.

  17. When changing colors of placeholders, it still appears blue on gmail accounts. Would be great to allow the change of color to apply across all apps to make it more consistent with overall branding for each property

  18. Many properties operate with a multitude of connections to distribution partners:-
    - Direct connectivity to Booking & Expedia (and I expect more in the future)
    - A channel Manager ex. SiteMinder to connect to all the others
    - A GDS / BE representing company like SynXis on behalf of Relais & Châteaux (RC) or Small Luxury Hotels (SLH)

    It should be possible when setting up Channel Managers (all of the above) or Distribution partners if this is a better terminology to indicate in the connection if a confirmation should be sent.

  19. It would be great if relevant information for specific times can be shown as an alert message in the booking engine.
    Guest searches for a room during a certain periond and a message is getting shown, which is triggered by an either defined date range for the time of booking or time of stay.
    This would be helpful for:
    -restaurant closures during the time the guest does stay
    -renovations going on in the hotel
    -certain hotels services are not available during the staying period
    -could also be used for advertising special events in the hotel

  20. The SMS Service Add on Subscribtion is a good Idea, but it might can be improved as following:
    1.) The way this product add-on is being priced is not a good fit for smaller hotels. Why can't there be pure pay-as-you go model, maybe with a higher individual SMS charges, but only on the acutal volume sent? I mean, the cary over that remains from the 50 € each month for us cannot ever be consumed...
    2.) Track clicks: currenty there is no way to know if the sent sms messages are actually improving online check-in rates. It would be…
