  4. Currently, the Dynamic Content / Display Conditions feature in the new email editor supports segment-based conditions (e.g. trip.businessSegmentId). This is useful, but it does not cover one of the most common personalization use cases: showing different content depending on the booked room/space category.

    We would like to request that space category (resourceCategoryId) is added as a native condition type in the Display Conditions UI — alongside the existing segment-based conditions.

  5. Hi,

    It would be amazing to have the phone number field as a standard as well as the email (already exists) on the Excel export list used for groups. Per now its not possible to load up these phone numbers like the emails etc and takes a lot of manual work to enter.

    Many of our members have different work emails and emails registered on their memberships (as I am sure is the case for the majority of members through various hotel chains) but their phone number is a much better way to find memberships and already have this in…

  6. It would be amazing if the self check-in offered the option 'I want to become a Strawberry member' instead of 'I want Strawberry to send me promotional content'.

  7. Currently, it is not possible to disable the automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations. Mews automatically sends a PDF when an optional reservation with 5+ rooms is created, which causes an issue when using this email template. At this time, there is no option to prevent the PDF from being sent automatically.
    We would like to have the ability to disable this automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations.

  8. The new Upsells section released in December 2025 could benefit from clearer information. Currently, if the Online booking touchpoint is enabled for an upsell and an automatic task is also enabled, the task is not created as expected.

    Support has advised that automatic tasks currently only apply to kiosk check-ins, not when a guest adds an upsell via the online booking engine. This isn’t obvious from the current setup and can easily lead to confusion.

  9. Have the option to hide the rate, as well as the value of inclusions/products, when sending a confirmation to the client (in the context of a gift or a property-specific gift certificate that is not a voucher). Charges must remain associated with the guest profile and not with a company.

  10. We currently see that we are missing a significant opportunity to communicate with and obtain complete guest profiles for guests who book through traditional travel agencies. For these bookings, email addresses are often not provided — at best, we receive a phone number. This applies to approximately 70% of all our bookings.

    To bridge this gap, we would like to propose a product improvement:
    An automated SMS flow where guests without an email address receive an invitation to register in the guest portal, where they can then complete their contact details, including email.

  11. Everyone has an AI chatbot, at that is going to be the future of all online operations. My suggestion is that Mews allows for a custom script (for a AI-chatbot widget) in the booking engine settings.

  12. Despite the Match & Merge screen for guest profiles, we unfortunately often still have duplicates of guest profiles. It would be very helpful if you could influence the number of matching fields that cause the guest profiles to appear in the Match & Merge screen. Ofcourse this would increase the number of suggestions, but we would have less chance of duplicate guest profiles.

    zunächst möchten wir betonen, wie zufrieden wir mit Ihrem PMS sind. MEWS ist aus unserer Sicht ein hervorragend durchdachtes System, das viele Prozesse im Hotelalltag effizient und intuitiv gestaltet – dafür ein großes Kompliment!
    Dennoch möchten wir einen konkreten Verbesserungsvorschlag zum Angebotsmanagement anregen:
    Aktuell führt die Angebotsdarstellung bei Gruppenanfragen (z. B. bei einer Buchung von 10 Zimmern) zu einer sehr unübersichtlichen Darstellung. Der Gast erhält eine lange Liste einzelner Zimmerangebote, was die Übersichtlichkeit und Vergleichbarkeit stark einschränkt.
    Zudem ist es derzeit nicht möglich, die verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien mit ihren jeweiligen Preisen separat und klar strukturiert darzustellen. Dies erschwert sowohl…

  14. Allow an "organizer"/ single reservation owner from a group of reservations (all with their own owner) the ability to perform OCI and provide CC for incidentals for other reservations/owners in the same group of reservations.

    Currently the owner of a reservation in the same group with different owners can only perform OCI for their own reservation and not on behalf of anybody else contained within that same group of reservations.

  15. The preferred space features of the internal > guest profile, should be the same as those we customize for bookable services. This would make this feature really useful. Otherwise, I don't think we're providing the right experience for the guest.

    At the moment, LLMs (like ChatGPT) and meta search platforms tend to redirect users to OTAs like Booking.com instead of our direct Booking Engine. This shift is largely due to a suboptimal booking interface, which contributes to significant commission losses.   18. When choosing initial room guest can add promoted services. Once promoted service is added, if the guest wants to add another room from primary service ("+Add another item") promoted services are not offered any more.
    It would be helpfull if promoted services are always offered when choosing the item from the primary service.

  19. It would be useful to have the control over which order the languages are shown on the Kiosk.For example: in our properties, most customers are French, and French is way down the list. It would be great to have it as the second option in the language menu.

  20. Only available time slots visible in booking engine on first page, not after you already have chosen a time slot on the first page (ie. if the service booked from 11-12 or 18-19, they would not be even as an alternative, but only times between 12-18 and 19-21 for example.
