  2. Promotional / discounted rates are not displayed in correct order. If a Promotional / discounted rate is based on "BAR - % discount" then it should display in the same order but it's displaying second best discounted vs Promotional / discounted rate.

  3. On distributor it is possible for guests to book 1 person on a Quadruple room , which results into a tariff that is lower than on a single room. This is of course not desired. It would be great if this could be setup with a restriction or (per room type) in the distributor setup.

This one is related to the book for someone else feature recently implemented on to Mews which is great but unfortunately when a booking is made like this, it adds the person who it booked instead of who it was booked for, see timecode 1.45 in this case the booking is for Denis Avis but when you go in to the dashboard tab there is nothing added to that booking, so in order to rectify it, we need to manually add it.   5. We have recently added the competitor rate description with special offers when making bookings via our site. We'd like to know if it is possible to increase the font of this little text on the booking engine. It is barely legible and we'd like it to attract more attention.

  10. Currently, the Dynamic Content / Display Conditions feature in the new email editor supports segment-based conditions (e.g. trip.businessSegmentId). This is useful, but it does not cover one of the most common personalization use cases: showing different content depending on the booked room/space category.

    We would like to request that space category (resourceCategoryId) is added as a native condition type in the Display Conditions UI — alongside the existing segment-based conditions.

  11. If a guest has checked in online early in their journey, it would be nice if they can come back to the guest journey and add a product after they completed they online check in.
    This means you can have guests checking in online for example just after their booking and they can manage their reservation in the guest portal. Do if they want to add an early checkin the day before, or order a late checkout during their stay, that they can do so in the guest portal.

  12. Hi,

    It would be amazing to have the phone number field as a standard as well as the email (already exists) on the Excel export list used for groups. Per now its not possible to load up these phone numbers like the emails etc and takes a lot of manual work to enter.

    Many of our members have different work emails and emails registered on their memberships (as I am sure is the case for the majority of members through various hotel chains) but their phone number is a much better way to find memberships and already have this in…

  13. It would be amazing if the self check-in offered the option 'I want to become a Strawberry member' instead of 'I want Strawberry to send me promotional content'.

  14. Currently, it is not possible to disable the automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations. Mews automatically sends a PDF when an optional reservation with 5+ rooms is created, which causes an issue when using this email template. At this time, there is no option to prevent the PDF from being sent automatically.
    We would like to have the ability to disable this automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations.

  15. Have the option to hide the rate, as well as the value of inclusions/products, when sending a confirmation to the client (in the context of a gift or a property-specific gift certificate that is not a voucher). Charges must remain associated with the guest profile and not with a company.

  16. We currently see that we are missing a significant opportunity to communicate with and obtain complete guest profiles for guests who book through traditional travel agencies. For these bookings, email addresses are often not provided — at best, we receive a phone number. This applies to approximately 70% of all our bookings.

    To bridge this gap, we would like to propose a product improvement:
    An automated SMS flow where guests without an email address receive an invitation to register in the guest portal, where they can then complete their contact details, including email.

  17. Everyone has an AI chatbot, at that is going to be the future of all online operations. My suggestion is that Mews allows for a custom script (for a AI-chatbot widget) in the booking engine settings.

  18. Despite the Match & Merge screen for guest profiles, we unfortunately often still have duplicates of guest profiles. It would be very helpful if you could influence the number of matching fields that cause the guest profiles to appear in the Match & Merge screen. Ofcourse this would increase the number of suggestions, but we would have less chance of duplicate guest profiles.

  19. Allow an "organizer"/ single reservation owner from a group of reservations (all with their own owner) the ability to perform OCI and provide CC for incidentals for other reservations/owners in the same group of reservations.

    Currently the owner of a reservation in the same group with different owners can only perform OCI for their own reservation and not on behalf of anybody else contained within that same group of reservations.

  20. The preferred space features of the internal > guest profile, should be the same as those we customize for bookable services. This would make this feature really useful. Otherwise, I don't think we're providing the right experience for the guest.
