  3. in order to get the VIP's sent to the hostel on a daily basis. it would be nice to be able to apply a filter in the export report to filter on clasification

  5. To fasten the process of scanning data from guests documents, it would be great to have a professional device connected to the tablet, so the scanning is fast and reliable.

  6. When using voucher code, only display voucher rate attached to it.
    The use case: sometimes the rate attached to the voucher code can be actually more expensive than the standard rate (corporate rate) and customer should not see the cheaper ones.

  7. We have 2 beach resorts on the same beach and we combine them into one distributor booking engine.

    The background image on the first page (select date) is of some random city. It looks ridiculous and is definitely killing conversion.

    I have been told we cannot change this.
    Surely a plain white background would be preferable to this generic cityscape which will suit probably one in 20 propertys or less.
    Really annoyed about this as when we started using this combined booking engine for 2 property's this picture was not there its just been added.

  9. Possibility of adding links into room description so are hyperlinked and in that way guest has the possibility to see whole photo gallery, 3d presentation or the address of the apartment on googlemaps for example .

  10. After his booking, the guest gets a link to the extranet where he can view his bookings. Each booking has a vignette picture which is the same as the main picture of the WBE page. The framing of this picture may not be ideal compared to the framing on the WBE home page. It would be nice to be able to choose another picture for the booking vignettes.

  12. Promotional / discounted rates are not displayed in correct order. If a Promotional / discounted rate is based on "BAR - % discount" then it should display in the same order but it's displaying second best discounted vs Promotional / discounted rate.

  13. When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

  15. We need to send automated booking-modification emails triggered based on data updates that may affect the stay cost: dates, rates, room types, number of adults, children... and for which the subject is clearly mentioned as a Modification confirmation email

  17. now it takes a long time to link companies to a master. as you always have to scroll (remembering where you were), click in, add master. and wait for 4, 5 sec and then go back to companies, scroll again, click in ...

    instead of - better - be in the master and just add the companies

  19. When sending a "Booker confirmation" it would be great to also be able to chose a "custom" receiver and type in the email address. This is possible for the "Confirmation" but not for the "Booker Confirmation".

  20. As many guests utilize online check-in before arrival, it is currently designed to ask for only legally required details as part of the form. Many properties, however, would prefer to collect specific pieces of data that may not be included as part of that legal obligation. For this reason, implementing optional or customizable fields for online check-in would help properties to prioritize the data that is valuable to them.

    Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.


    This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.


    We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for.
