    Is there a possibility that the nationality and language are filled in as a default like: Netherlans

    Or better yet allow hotels to set up parameters for automatic natioanlity

    Telefone=+44=UK
    Mail=.NL=Netherlands
    +45 in telefone = denmark

    And so forth.
