Allow all guests to make 100% autonomous purchases on the mews kiosk at any time
Add the functionality for guests to be able to use the Mews terminal to purchase any products from Mews by themselves without any intervention from our staff, at any time (from a list pre selected by us, as not all products should be purchasable by guests). Currently, the functionality is partially there but the guests can only add products to their reservations when doing the checkout, which is really annoying.

Airbnb, Expedia & Booking.com Chat Integration
Integrate with Airbnb, Expedia and Booking.com directly including Chat API so that we can have a universal chat experience for our guests, currently we are having to use a clunky external system that provides a unified inbox.
But it would be SOOOO much better if this was integrated directly into MEWS.

Secondary Email Confirmation Option
After booking, it would be nice if there was an option to send the confirmation details (including name of guest) to a secondary email as well.
This is similar to airline bookings where you can send booking confirmation to additional email addresses afterwards as well, such as a company admin, additional family members, etc.

Booker should be able to confirm an optional reservation.
If you send a quotation to booker the confirm button is not active. Just the guest can use the button bor companies it is important that a booker can confirm. We are still working with emails if a company books several rooms for employees. Would be great to solve this. Many thanks6 votes -
Adjusting length of the e-mail queue
Please adjust the length of the e-mail queue to one year. I can look back for four months, but we book one year ahead. So this means that for most of my guests, I cannot see the confirmation e-mail. If the guest does not have it themselves, I cannot prove that and what they booked with us (which is very awkward as you can imagine).

Allow for a custom name (not the company name) on a booking engine
Currently we are able to set up a booking engine for each bookable service, and even select which rooms/rates we want to display per engine. Works great!
However, the only branding/names displayed in the booking engine are the company name, and the room type name.
If you have double rooms in two different bookable services, under the same company. It get's a little bit confusing for the guest as to which actual place it is that they are booking.
A custom name would be great, or an (optional) subheader with the bookable service name would also suffice.

Kiosk Check-In with employee assignment
Kiosk Check-In.
If something happens during the guest's stay and we have to get in touch with our colleague who checked the guest in, it would be much easier if we have the option to choose the name of the employee who is checking in the guest.
At this current state, when you check someone in via kiosk, the action log will say that "Mews Operator (Mews Kiosk)" has checked the guest in and not the name of the person!

assigning travel agent to different service reservations
hiya, I am trying to assign an existing travel agent to two bookings for a different service (cots). although i can assign the agent to the unit reservations, it will not allow me to assign them to the two other bookings.
any idea how we can change this?

Create task when credit card on file is expired for an upcoming reservation
If reservations are made far in advance it may occure that a guests credit card won't be valid anymore when the payment is due. Therefore, a task should be created when a card is expired, so we can contact the guests and ask them to update their card details. In an ideal world, an email template could be created so this can be automated.

Allow to open the booking widget with a deeplink
There are currently two ways to open the booking engine and I would like to see them combined.
- Standalone: to open the booking engine with a URL on a new tab/page of the browser. It also allows deeplinks to preselect language, currency, dates, persons, category etc.
- Widget: to open the booking engine in a, iframe popup overlay by creating a button with the class 'distributor-open' and without link.
I would like to use a combination of them, so open the widget with a deeplink.
It should be as easy as adding the deeplink to a button with the class 'distributor-open'.…

Many of our guests are quite concerned that the deposit they have paid is not shown on the confirmation email. Could we please include this on the confirmation

limits on orders
It would be great if you can set a limit on bookable items. For instance a max amount of 3 for late check-outs or early check-ins. That way you can upsell without putting too much pressure on the housekeeping team.

Create a new placeholder for confirmation emails so that any travel agent confirmation numbers entered into Mews are displayed in the email.

Mail Templates display active status (enabled/disabled)
The Mail Template page displays every email which can be sent by Mews, however there is no indication asto whether or not the email is active / enabled.
It would be ideal to display the status of each email, so at a glance we know which emails are enabled and which are disabled without having to review stay settings.
