Include payment status to confirmation mail
It would be good if the guest can get the exact information on their payment status in the confirmation email.
It needs a code (Placeholder in template) so that the payment at the reservation will show as the rest of commands open to pay in the confirmation mail.

Be able to click on guest name or other parts in task description to direct to the reservation or bill the task applies to
Currently when there is a task i.e. saying a payment request was missed, one has to copy paste the name of the guest to search for the actual payment request. A direct link would be better

Add cut-off time restriction option to the booking engine
We do not have a 24 hour front desk and do not want the ability for a guest to make a same day reservation after 9pm. Currently we can only set a restriction for the whole day, please add the ability to set a specific time.

Reservation payment update should also trigger routing rules
Some OTAs allow the customer to change Onsite payment to Online Prepaid reservation up until the check in.
Currently the routing rules do not trigger when the payment option updates.We would appreciate if the routing rules trigger when the payment updates into "Online Prepaid" so that we do not accidentally charge the guest twice.

Ability to set credit limits on bookings
We would love the ability to set room charge/credit limits on customer accounts.
For example, if we would like a guest's room charge account to not exceed $300, it would be great if we could set a limit in MEWS so room charge function is blocked once guest hits $300. From an operations perspective, this would help limit excessive room charge bills. From a sales perspective, we often release promotions that include a set level of 'credit' for the guest to use inhouse on F&B at the property.

Time setting to order bookable products / services
We offer certain additional services (like afternoon tea) for which we require a preparation time of 48 hours. unfortunately there doesn't seem to be the possibility to mark this when setting up the service - only that you can offer it prior to arrival. is there a way we can add a time limit on (i.e. 48 hours prior to arrival) and that it generates a task not on the day of arrival but for example a week prior to arrival or on the day of the product being added by the guest.

Limitations for privilages - cant go beyoned price unless it was already paid for
Hello everyone,
we wanted to ask you if it is possible to create new privilage where as if we take pre-authorization for extrases for "x" sum, the receptionist would not be able to create extrases in value bigger then the "x". Therefore they wouldnt be able to add anything to guest unless it is already paid for.

Before Start email send only to Confirmation Email Enabled
The Before Start email is sent to all the bookings, so it does not take in consideration which Confirmation Email's are Enabled in Visit Option.
Please considere to send the Before Start email only the Confirmation Email that is ENABLED and ignore the ones disabled.

Online check-in is only displayed when all persons are complete
The green sign shows up when all the guest completed the online check in. Thats rarly the case often we need just the date of birth of the second person and then the guest gets asked the normal registration form because nobody looked up the pre filled in regestrion card.

Offer different room categories and confirm only one of them
We offer a guest different room categories and send him this in an offer.
Now it must be possible for him to confirm only one category and reject all others.

Language depending on nationality, with the option for a manual override.
if the nationality is set for a spain, language should change to spanish. External name space types
When we use the space types in combination with the booking engine, the name of the space type is displayed very prominently in the booking proces.
When you book a house, boat, bicycle or special accommodation instead of a room, the booking engine shows it as e.g. a site.

Identify a guest as a "smoker"
it is sometimes important to know that a guest is a smoker to ensure they are allocated a room where this is allowed. nowadays most establishments are non-smoking and smokers are the exception rather than the norm.

Copy a task to multiple reservations
When adding multiple reservations to one guest profile, it would be beneficial to copy paste all the tasks to the other reservations. Therefore, it would be beneficial to add more reservations to one task or an option to copy and paste a task.

Customizable Kiosk Check-in Requirements
It would be great to be able to customize the requirements for a Kiosk Check. This would allow us to collect information that is not part of any legal environment based on our location.
Right now we ask guests to utilize the kiosk but when it cannot collect all the information we need for a check in it sits unused.

registration form
We take a print out for the registration form and take sign of guest for at check in. It is a A4 paper and the registration detail on the page takes only 30% space rest of the page is empty instead is you can give some more flexibility for the hotel to add whatever the need and use that remaining space like having a draft that has all the option either mews create it or hotels can add if they need some more info on the registration so in short mews can create an outline and the hotel can add…
