Add cut-off time restriction option to the booking engine
We do not have a 24 hour front desk and do not want the ability for a guest to make a same day reservation after 9pm. Currently we can only set a restriction for the whole day, please add the ability to set a specific time.

This is a huge issue for small independent properties and it is a feature that is offered by the other big property management systems like Cloudbeds. Please prioritize this. We are losing revenue and guests are not as happy as they could be.

Being able to set a reservation cut off would greatly help properties that are not staffed 24/7.
For example, setting a reservation cut off time at 10pm if front desk closes at 10pm to avoid guests booking after front desk has closed. This would be so helpful for properties like ours that can not be staffed 24/7

Please integrate a stop sell function in your channel manager. All PMS I know are able to do so.

Our receptions of both hotels are not manned 24/7, so we need to be bookable not one day in advance but until the time of arrival, as the pre-booking can be limited to hours it would be very helpful and we generate more revenue.

This would be an incredibly critical update for our two 15 key boutique hotels that are currently set up on MEWS. Currently the only option present by Mews has been to set a 1 day (24hr) out restriction to close bookings which is a revenue killer - or - to upgrade to an enterprise level solution and pay for a zapier integration. This functionality has existed in other much more basic PMS solutions we've used in the past. PLEASE work on adding this! Thank you.

We are a small boutique hotel that does not have a 24 hour reception. Our old PMS allowed us to stop sell for same day online bookings at a specific time (when reception closes). It is very important for Mews to introduce this feature if they want to attract and keep boutique hotel.
The only work around is currently for enterprise subscriptions only, which is not workable for boutique properties. -

Aktuell kann man eine Restriktion für denselben Tag nicht voreinstellen. Für Hotels die nicht 24 Stunden besetzt sind, ist es hilfreich, wenn eine Restriktion zum Schließen des aktuellen Tages bereits im Voraus mit einer Uhrzeit eingestellt werden kann. So wäre man noch bis zur Wunschzeit buchbar und geht nicht das Risiko ein, dass eine Buchung nach Schließung des Restaurantbetriebes reinkommt oder dass man schon viel früher nicht mehr buchbar ist, wenn die Rezeption früher schließt.

It would be great for small hotels, whose reception closes at 23:00, if it would be possible to set a stop sell in the evenings, e.g. at 23:00. so that no bookings for the same day can come in, after the reception is closed.

We are in the same position. We have moved from a cheaper and older PMS which had this exact feature to be able stop selling rooms at a certain time because we do not have a 24 hour reception either. This is a critical feature for us. -

Our no-check-in, no-front-desk, contactless properties need to be able to cut off same-day bookings at a specific time. This is essential to our guest promise.

This is the first PMS I have used too that doesn't offer this functionality. We are not a 24/7 reception so cannot have rooms to sell after 8pm and to do this manually daily will result in human error and a task that surely should be automated

We do not have the ability to automate front door access to our property so once our team leave for the day we need to ensure no more guests can book to arrive that day otherwise they will not be able to get in. We can do this manually but if we forget to do this (likely to happen in busy times) it can cause great issue to a guest if they do end up booking.

As a small business with a small team, we urgently need this feature and have requested it a few times previously. I don't want to close same day bookings, we just need the ability to block online bookings after a certain time of day! Please get this feature activated! It would be a game changer for our operations.

We don't have 24 hour reception so it would be helpful if, when reception closes, we can put a restriction / stopsell on the remaining rooms so no one can book them after hours
We are currently adding a Restriction with the start date and end date being the same to get around this issue
Blocking multiple rooms is also time consuming and alters management reportsAs great as Mews is, I've used 6 other PMS and this is the first one to not have a feature similar to this
