    I am also curious about your perspective on how that could impact the conversion? If we make the booking process more complex by asking for more information, isn't that a risk that more guests would abandon before completing the purchase?

    Dazu wäre es gut, wenn eine Zahlung ebenfalls gesplittet werden kann. Es kommt manchmal vor, dass Gäste nach Zahlung sagen, dass die Rechnung aufgeteilt werden soll. Dann muss die Zahlung komplett storniert werden und neu aufgebucht. Ein Split wäre deutlich einfacher.

    Sollte das System beim Online Check-in nicht erkennen, dass der Gast bereits im Haus war und eine Kreditkarte im Profil hinterlegt ist? Dann würden viel mehr Gäste online einchecken, wenn sie die Kreditkartendaten nicht ejdes Mal neu eingeben müssten.
