Flexibility to add additional fields to Booking Engine
Properties are looking for more personalized experience. It's important to collect information such as allergies, personal preferences, arrival time, etc.
It would be great if there was a flexibility to add additional fields in the booking engine (arrival, allergies, preferences, occasion for the stay) and give properties flexibility to collect this important data from their guests at the time of booking.

Mailing Address is Critical - we need to know how to send lost items left in rooms back to guests
Also - dietary restrictions and allergies would be game changing so that we can personalize their in-room amenties

Having the nationality field required would help the work of our reception greatly. We need to collect the nationality data by law for statistics purposes.

It is ridiculous that we have no option to set up the first name as mandatory. Technically not a big thing but for hotel operations important.

In the Netherlands the address is mandatory for night registry.

Thank you for this post, Robert! It will be even more important to capture guest zip code (if not the entire address) during the booking process in distributor as we move towards Google banning third party cookies in Chrome browser and our owned data becomes more and more integral to marketing campaigns.
