Being able to change the image for a rate or a bookable service would be of great help and give a more accurate view for the customer

Having the nationality field required would help the work of our reception greatly. We need to collect the nationality data by law for statistics purposes.

This would help our venue a lot. We fought the issue with creating multiple rates so now our rate/product rule/restriction page is a real jungle and we still couldn't set the prices lower for off-season. If extra capacity would work like a product that is automatically added for extra occupancy, this would work great!

As a highly seasonal venue, this is critical for our extra service sales. It doesn't make any sense to offer winter products for summer reservations and vice versa, since some guests book even a year in advance. Our previous booking engine could do this.

It would be helpful to be able to customize the amount and timing of the automated emails. This would enable better customer care and preparation when collecting flight details, table reservations, extra services, etc.

This would be very helpful
Overriding restrictions should be a basic feature. Currently we utilize a 24h advance window, so our housekeeping team has time to react to bookings made by guests online. This shouldn't restrict reception from making a reservation for a walk-in guest. This has never been an issue with other systems. There should be different restrictions for customer portal and staff.
