  1. We would like to be able to fill in the housekeeping room status the day before. In case a housekeeping manager has a day off or starts later.
    At the moment it is not possible, because if you click the date to day after they rooms will not been shown for this date as well, but still shows departures and stay overs from the day of today.

  3. Bonjour il faudrait que l'on puisse customiser l'e-mail "commande ajoutée" afin de pouvoir faire figurer les conditions d'annulation du tarif au même titre qu'il est possible de le faire sur l'e-mail "confirmation de réservation" reçu par le client.

  4. When choosing Charging "Once" and then Consumed at either "Reservation end" or "Reservation start" on a stay produkt, you shouldn't be required to enter date and time when adding the item to a reservation.
    I.e. "Late check out" would be set as "Once", and when adding it to a reservation you choose Count (no. of hours) and it would automatically be posted on the check out date.

  5. Wenn man einen Mindestaufenthalt eingestellt hat, gibt es keinen einfachen Weg, Lücken zu öffnen (z.B. bei Mindestaufenthalt 5 Nächte eine Lücke von 3 Nächten zu öffnen)
    Entweder könnte man dies automatisieren oder es vereinfachen, die Restriktionen für einzelne Zimmer and einzelnen Daten anzupassen

  6. Unfortunatelly it is not possible to change to the service name on the online check-in, unfortunately the online check-in configuration is outside of the services and located in the Settings > Property. Therefore it is not possible to change this text to use the service name.

  7. Have you been scared you did a manipulation on production instead of demo? Especially when you started with Mews and everything you looked at was new to your eye? It happened to me a lot, and I thought the blue demo logo maybe isnt big enough... actually if the entire top banner was blue it would be so much easier to identify and remove all doubts about which environment we're working on (for us and for hotels too)!

  8. Mews shows our weeks start on a Monday whenever the timeline is called up. For our purposes, it would be great if this could be changed so that the timeline starts on Sunday. Could you please add this option to the timeline? Many thanks!

  11. When a group booking is created for lets say 10 rooms, you will get 10 notifications for new bookings.
    It would be very helpful if you could send only one notification "new groupbooking 10 rooms" via the little bell symbol.

  13. Add an option to filter which type of notes are shown in reports. An use case would be the "Room Status" report with only housekeeping notes (For the housekeeping obviously).

    For example for the "Guests in House" report you have an option to toggle products and then a separate option for refining wich products are shown.

    Similar there is already an option to toggle notes (guest notes to be specific). Just add an additional option for choosing wich note classifications should be shown.

  15. You should be able to make changes to a reservation after the bill has been closed. This would just create a new separate bill with the extra charge/credit.

  16. Implement a feature to automatically generate a note in a reservation when a specific rate code or company is booked. Currently, notes need to be entered manually. An automated note would be useful for including specific instructions about payment, allocation, and any other important information for the front office. This enhancement would ensure consistency and efficiency in handling reservations.

  18. Add ability to manager employee supervisor in MMP. This would be helpful for the new Mews University reporting, etc. currently it seems we still have to manage the supervisor settings at the property level. this makes it harder for managing corporate or multi property staff.

  19. Good afternoon team Mews
    Currently in mews we see that you handle a different exchange rate every day, can you help us to see this exchange rate reflected in the main panel of mews?

    Since currently the team has to be doing the manual calculations to know how much is the dollar exchange rate that is used every day, and this takes us time to be analyzing and taking out the exchange value of the dollar day by day.

    I hope you can support me with this information in the part of the mews panel so that it is visible…

  20. Some properties find it too restrictive not to be able to modify guest count once a rebate has been created and balanced in their PMS. Bills/invoices being legal documents are understandable - however if a rebate is created to correct bill details or items, the guest count should be considered as well.
