Placing a room out of order without having to move future reservations
If we are placing a room OOO it would be great for the system to automatically move the future reservations overlapping without having to manually move each reservation manually.

Have the option to automatically create a task when a voucher is used for booking via the MEWS booking engine (Distributor)
Use case: Guest uses a specific voucher, when booking via the (Distributor) MEWS booking engine, which would trigger a task for reception staff (e.g. to prepare a welcome drink for the guest prior to the guest's arrival).
Currently these tasks need to be created manually. This enhancement has the potential to save properties time, effecting an improved guest experience.

When click the "Email invoice" button, it would be a good idea to be able to choose between two emails
Instead of only being able to email the guest email due to it being linked to the profile, it would be great if we could have the tool to choose between guest private email or company's email for example or simply make a "costum" button.

Consumption time on product report
When you add a product to a reservation, you can enter a consumption time.

Allow the usage of multiple closed to stay restrictions
The possibly of closed-to-stay restrictions being able to take 3 separate rules into consideration. For example:
- If one were to book 60+ days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 14 days.
- If one were to book 35-59 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 4 days.
- If one were to book 0-35 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 3 days.
For the time being the restriction only takes one rule into consideration and ignores the other 2. This is useful for…

Rates limit in a voucher
At the moment there is a limit of a maximum of 20 rates assignable to a voucher. We would like to increase that number as we have travel agencies such as SynXis requiring more than 20 rates.

Email bill(s) from Check-out report
It would be good that there would be an extra column with a tick box to send emails straight from the Check-out report. Via this way a property can select multiple reservations to check-out and choose for the option to send the bill via email in the same screen (without going to the bill itself). The guest would then get checked-out, bill closed and sent to the guest at the same time without leaving the check-out report.

Add Restriction Applicable on minimum number of persons
Add possibility to create restriction on number of guests .
We have golf package for 2 persons. when only 1 golfer, price should be adjusted depending on season and type of room.I cannot use the empty bed option as adjustment is changing depending on seasons and room categories.

I think most hotels are outsourced their room cleaning,

Information of reservation when you put the mouse on it
When you put the mouse on a reservation it shows information which is not needed and doesn't show information which is useful.
We know the arrival and departure and name and room number and type of room. I would like to see the number of guests, source of reservation (travel agent, Booking.com, Expedia.com...).

Total nights report YTD per company
I would like to be able to create a report which shows the number of nights stayed per company. Preferably all companies in one report. We use this to decide whether a company is still entitled to the agreed corporate rate or whether it needs to be adjusted because more or fewer nights have been booked than the year before.

Upload photos for each department and apartment or room
Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.

Display and deleted the Virtual Credit cards
The virtual credit card must be deleted/disabled automatically after a useless time. In general these CC serves to charge once and are no longer to be valid. It can be very useful for the regular customer profiles.
