  4. When we change something in a big group, the loading takes a long time and after some minutes we will receive a time out error. Then we have to change this per 10 rooms, otherwise it's not working as it should be. Our accounting team has the same problems with creating reports requested by his external auditor. It took them 2 days to get the requested reports, due the time out error they had to reduce the timeframe every time. they started for 1 year, and made the time every time smaller.

  7. When creating a PDF of a report, the property name isn't included. If there are multiple properties, it's difficult to keep track of which report belongs to which property. Putting the property name into the report would solve this and save time manually annotating the PDF or printout with the property name.

  17. By integrating VIES to Mews, a user would be able to search for company details upon entering a European VAT number. This feature would function similarly to how the address search works, auto-filling required data while issuing invoices to help save time and ensure reliable data.

  18. Right now in Rate Management screen, properties are able to see Occupancy in percentage. By implementing this idea, the number of available spaces will be displayed on the same screen.

  20. Spaces are often priced by category, however additional pricing schemes could become available with the possibility of pricing spaces according to the number of guests accommodated. With the availability of occupancy-based pricing options, properties would have the possibility to set rate price based on the number of people staying in the space rather than applying an empty bed adjustment. This would enable much more pricing flexibility for revenue managers, which could additionally provide even more attractive prices for guests.
