  1. We notice that, if we receive a booking by the Distributor, in wich the payer/booker is different from the guest, there is no credit card icon shown in the main screen (and also not on the reservation report). In this case, I think it would be more clear, if the credit card icon shows in the main reservation screen, next to the booker or next to the payment card line.

  3. There is already an option in the "properties" tab to split a reservation over time after check in. Can we add the similar option for big rooms? So we have a 10 person room. When this is overbooked, I want to split it into a 4 and a 6 person room, with a simple "split room"option. Than we fill out the rates per room, or there is an option to take the old total costs and aply them to the new "split up" version according to number of guests. Meaning that 40% of the original costs go to the 4…

  4. Allowing to select multiple filters in the reservations report under each category. E.g. in the rate plans I would like to be able to 'tick box' multiple rates as opposed to having to see the report just on one.

  5. Il pourrait être très pratique de pouvoir nommer les différentes factures d'un même clients.
    En effet certains clients peuvent vouloir une facture Extras séparée de l'hébergement, ou même dans le cas de délégation, pouvoir créer des factures afin de spliter les charges, sans avoir à rentrer dans chaque facture pour savoir ce qu'on y met dedans, et voir d'un seul coup d’œil quelle facture correspond à quelle type de charge.

  9. If a guest has a separate booker, and the guest is checking out, but there are still things to pay for the booker, is that possible to show at the check out report? For an example, if the guest himself hast open payments, he is marred orange

  13. I would like to be able to prioritise which spaces need to be cleaned first when assigning spaces to my employees.

    Please may you add the filters for example dirty departed and departing in space assignment form.

  15. The date time picker in reports has a few extra clicks than the NRS. I would like to be able to select the start and end date when the calendar is open, rather than having to open the close date calendar after selecting a start date.

  16. iDEAL Payment request
    It is also possible to send a business iDEAL Payment Request to your customers. You can do this by sending a link via various channels, including e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. For example, the iDEAL Payment Request is used to let customers pay afterwards, to pay for digital invoices or to settle (monthly) subscription fees. Research has even shown that a digital invoice that contains a link for an iDEAL payment is paid on average three times as fast.

  17. For properties that wish to automate their guest's journey during check-in, they need Mews to be able to send out trigger when a guest completes their online check-in. Based on this, their door lock integrations could send the guest access code to their room. We should also be able to receive back information that the guest entered the room which can then change the reservation from online check-in to checked-in. This is in case that they have technology in place that recognizes when someone enters the room.

  18. When you got the inform list of the reservations. The people that a arriving or leaving. Having there more options (customise) to see there only the things that you want to see.
    (Example: can take the comision, tariff and totally away. Or when the reservation was made).
    Also that you could see in this list, how much has the guest already paid. Of the balance that the guests still has to pay.

  20. Add Room nights booked to individual reservation reports and include room nights booked to totals, so this information can be summarised easily and does not have to be extracted from the arrival and departure dates.
