    It would be great to have a more visual price screening page on Atomize to see the competition with a glance. Also the number of competitors could be increased to 8-10 to have a better representation of the market.

  2. Hello,
    There need to be a Overview function, a function where all reservations shows up in a detailed list which where you can filter directly on the overview either on name A-Ö, ratecodes, floor in the hotel or roomtype just as some examples.

    ex. Click with mouse on name+ enter and all reservations shows in order from letter A, click on a specific rate + enter and all reservations booked with that rate shows in order from the top, click on a name ex. Lisa and all Lisa shows on the screen, (good when you quickly want to see if…

  3. After the recent update, the Reservation page feels more cluttered when displaying restricted rates. Previously, only the text “Restricted” was shown, which made it clear and easy to distinguish these rates.

    Now that both the price and the “Restricted” label are displayed, it’s less clear. We would prefer the previous layout, as it was cleaner and easier to work with.

  4. When a booking is made after 4pm for the same day, a payment link is automatically sent to the booker to request payment in full for this confirmed reservation. This link is valid for 15 minutes. If the booker does not complete payment, the reservation should be automatically cancelled.

  5. It would be great to be able to print a registration card only for the owner. If the reservation is at least for two people and there are already their names the printer automatically prints registration cards for both guests. This is a waste of paper and useless. Is there any update coming soon?

  6. Currently, payments are recorded and consumed at the time they are entered into the system, rather than reflecting the actual transaction date from external payment sources (e.g., bank transfers).

    Client Concern

    Misalignment between:

    Bank transaction date
    PMS payment record

    Creates reconciliation challenges, especially when:

    Payments are received outside working hours (e.g., weekends)
    The responsible staff member is not present

    Forces reliance on:

    Notes/manual tracking
    Institutional knowledge (risk if team member is absent)

    Desired Outcome: Allow date control for external payments:

    Ability to:

    -Backdate payments (e.g., received over weekend)
    -Post-date payments (align with bank settlement date)

  7. Desired Outcome
    Introduce a company-level control mechanism that ensures financial risk is properly managed.

    Currently, blocklisting in Mews is applied at the customer profile level, which aligns with where reservations are created and managed.
    However, in Account Receivables workflows, companies (profiles with billing responsibility) are financially accountable — not the individual customers attached to reservations.

    Option A: Company-Level Blocking

    Add a “Block company” flag
    Prevent:
    -Creation of new reservations linked to that company
    -Assignment of that company as billing profile
    -Applies across all related customer profiles

    Option B: Automated Financial Enforcement (Credit-Based)

  8. The issue is that we can still remove already posted and fiscally closed Additional Expense items, despite the editable History Window (EHW) being set to a specific time period in the settings.

    Issues that arise:
    -Enables Unintentional or Unauthorized Changes
    -Operational Risk and Data Discrepancies if the modification is not caught on time.

  9. Today central users are automatically admin. So it is not possible to give the multi-property access to a new user by limiting some areas as it can be done in each property.
    Ther request is to extend the roles created for the different properties also for the MMP. It is not optimal to have an high number of users with Admin provileges.

  11. Currently, the report always resets to the “Deadline” date filter, requiring users to manually switch it (often to “Created”) every time they open it.

    The proposed enhancement is to let users:

    Save their preferred filter settings (especially date filter like “Created”)
    Have filters persist after refresh or reopening the report
    Optionally set a default view at user or property level

    This would reduce repetitive manual adjustments and improve daily operational efficiency for teams that rely on a non-default task view.

    • The original invoice retains the removed item with no visible indication of correction
    • The correction is generated as a separate invoice with a new number -The only traceability exists in: >Action logs >Item-level history

    However:

    • These sources are not part of official billing documents
    • They are not accessible to external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, accountants)
    • Users must perform manual investigation to reconcile documents

  14. Being able to bulk update reservations in the future when a price of a product changed. When a price of a product change we have to cancel the product reservation by reservation and add it again. It's not convenient at all. It would be nice to be able to update lot's of reservations at the same time.

  15. Remove the current 1-year limit on the Reservation Report date range, allowing users to run reports across longer periods. This functionality was available in the old report and is needed to support more flexible historical and future analysis and reporting

  16. Minimum Stay Through Restrictions should be supported in Mews. Currently, minimum stay restrictions are applied as Minimum Stay on Arrival. So, a 3-night minimum stay on a Saturday night would allow someone to book for 2-nights if staying Friday & Saturday. Minimum Stay Through restrictions should be an option (especially since Mews RMS Atomize has this option, as do most channel manager marketplace integrations).

  17. You should be able to change the customer on a reservation without first having to add them as a companion. The current process creates an unnecessary and inefficient workflow.

    For example, if a booker initially makes a reservation under Joe Smith but later wants to change the guest name to Jane Doe, the hotel reservations agent must:
    1. Change the reservation to two guests
    2. Add Jane Doe as a companion
    3. Assign Jane Doe as the primary guest
    4. Remove Joe Smith from the reservation
    5. Change the reservation back to one adult

    That’s five steps just to change…

  18. Es wäre schön, wenn man die Anreise-/Abreiseliste nach Nachnamen oder Zimmernummern sortieren könnte. Die Option "Gruppieren nach" nimmt viel zu viel Platz weg.
    Es ist sehr zeitaufwändig, jeden Tag eine neue Excel-Liste zu erstellen. Das wäre mit einem Knopfdruck sehr viel effektiver.

  19. When a dropdown contains more options than can fit in the visible list, the user can scroll inside the dropdown to reach the remaining options. That works as expected.
    However, when all available options already fit inside the visible dropdown, scrolling while the dropdown is open closes the dropdown instead. This is easy to trigger accidentally, especially on a trackpad or mouse wheel.
