Es wäre schön, wenn man die Anreise-/Abreiseliste nach Nachnamen oder Zimmernummern sortieren könnte. Die Option "Gruppieren nach" nimmt viel zu viel Platz weg.
Es ist sehr zeitaufwändig, jeden Tag eine neue Excel-Liste zu erstellen. Das wäre mit einem Knopfdruck sehr viel effektiver.1 vote -
Set accounting categories as inactive
We see the need for being able to set accounting categories as inactive. As for today, they must be marked as "do not use" or similar to avoid linking them to products etc. This causes issues for the ERP systems.
We can't delete these categories entirely because they may be linked to past transactions and need to be kept for auditing and historical purposes.

For example, create Villa 1 with (101 as the parent) and 102, 103 and 104 as the children, but we also want to create Villa 1 connector (with 101 as the parent and only 102 as the connecting suite).

Impove Timeline visual appearance for improved working conditions & accessibility
We're new to MEWS and whilst the functionality is brilliant (thank you), our front of house team really struggle with the visual appearance of the timeline. Spending lots of screen time on a screen with poor visual appearance and contrasts is not healthy and inefficient as it is difficult to see the timeline at a glance - please could you look at improving visual contrasts both colours and lines between dates/spaces for improved accessibility.

Es ist unglaublich nervig, dass ich, wenn ich eine neue Reservierung manuell anlege, nicht sofort alle Daten wie z.B. die Adresse des Gastes oder die zugewiesene Firma eingeben kann. Warum kann man das Fenster dafür nicht erweitern?
It's incredibly annoying that when I create a new reservation manually, I can't immediately enter all the details, such as the guest's address or the assigned company. Why can't the window be expanded for this?

Adding a filter option in calendar view, so you can see the calender for just one rate or rate group.

Move Add Product Sidebar
When you add a product you cannot see the bill balance. Posting a new charge or adjustment to close the bill becomes unnecessarily inefficient. I'd like to propose moving the bill balance, the add product sidebar, or displaying the bill balance in the sidebar for easier reconciliation. Just not great UI.

Allow removal of items on multiple rooms simultaniously
We often have large groups of guests with on all rooms the same items booked. If we make a mistake, or something changes in the booking, we have to go room by room to cancel the wrong item. It would be great that if you select rooms with the same items on them, ( because you add the items to all the roms at the same time) you can also remove them all together.

Show task creator in Mews mobile app
In other systems we had before we could see in the mobil versjon who created the task and who have updateded it. it would be greate if we could see it in the mews app aswell. I can see that in mews desktop versjon i can see this info, but its much better to have it in the app aswell since our technical department only take with their phone when they go out to do a task.

Update roominglist more than only once with excel sheet
The Excel rooming list can now only be uploaded once and not more. When trying another upload, it is not possible. We often have group rooming lists who change a lot and it would be easy if we can "upload" new rooming lists and override the old ones by just one click (also owner/guest function) and all other information like phone number, e-mail address, country, etc.

Make new company profiles available quickly - prevent delays in checkout process
When creating a new profile to associate with a bill or to issue the bill on the company during check out it takes very long for a new company profile to be available for selection as company owner or associated profile. Sometimes it takes several minutes for the company profile to become available in the input fields!!!
This is unacceptable for most guests and unnecessarily prolongs and delays the checkout process.24 votes -

Currently company profiles are added to guest profiles automatically. This should be optional via a tick box. In our case guest' are not always booking via the same company (rate).

Transfer Space Categories to Different Service
Currently, Mews does not allow users to transfer space categories to different bookable services; instead, users have to be manually recreated in the new service. It would be beneficial and useful if we could create a transfer process (Rates, Products included)

Tasks: 'In progress' status
Currently, tasks in Mews can only be marked with a deadline and then completed. However, it would be very helpful to have an additional status — such as “In Progress” — to indicate when someone has already started working on a task.
This would greatly improve team communication and coordination, especially in situations where multiple users might otherwise pick up the same task or wonder whether it’s already being handled.
Having a clear task lifecycle (e.g. To Do → In Progress → Done) would provide more visibility and reduce confusion.

Identical items from integrations (third party systems) are automatically merged into a single billing item
Summary of the Issue
During check-out, we frequently face the problem that POS receipts (e.g. from MEWS POS or other integrations) cannot be properly split across multiple rooms or guest invoices.
This is because identical POS items are automatically merged into a single billing item (e.g. multiple grape juices combined into one position).Once merged, this item cannot be split afterwards and can therefore only be settled on one invoice.
