  1. We need a way to notate guest allergies in their profiles and pull reports. At minimum, we need a way to be able to pull a PRINTABLE report that includes reservation notes, where we are currently noting allergies for our kitchen and housekeeping staff. This is vital to operations for our property and for our kitchen specifically. Our chef currently has no way to efficiently and effectively pull guest food allergies directly from Mews when he is writing the breakfast menu. We are forced to use a separate system which, naturally, causes food allergies to occasionally fall through the cracks…

  2. When adding multiple quantities of the same additional service product to an open bill, the display is different depending on the quantity selected when adding the product.
    - When I input a quantity of 10 or less of the product, the open bill shows each individual product as an individual line on the open bill.
    - When I input a quantity of more than 10 of the product, the open bill shows one line that groups all those products.

  3. All governmental and municipality has EAN numbers in Denmark for billing.
    We are setting the EAN number in billing code.
    We would like to search the company with EAN number - quick and easy.

  4. We see the need for being able to set accounting categories as inactive. As for today, they must be marked as "do not use" or similar to avoid linking them to products etc. This causes issues for the ERP systems.

    We can't delete these categories entirely because they may be linked to past transactions and need to be kept for auditing and historical purposes.

  5. Two customer scenarios highlight gaps in the current product setup:

    Per-person products/fees (e.g., spa/massage): For spaces that accommodate multiple guests (e.g., a villa for 12), only some may use a service (e.g., 4 guests want a spa). Currently, there’s no way to select a quantity per product for partial occupancy.

    Pet fees: Customers want to charge per pet (e.g., $30 per dog) and allow multiple pets to be added. Currently, the only workaround is creating separate products for each pet count (e.g., “Pet Fee – 1 dog” $30, “Pet Fee – 2 dogs” $60), which is cumbersome.

  6. The "customer insights" data Mews gathers at the customer profile level should be reported in one place so clients can make use of the stats to create promotions or programs to incentivize their guests.

    Stay Frequency Analysis: Number of stays per customer within a selected period.
    Revenue Contribution: Total spend per customer (room + POS).
    Visit Patterns: Average length of stay, seasonal trends.
    Engagement Metrics: Use of amenities, special requests, or participation in promotions.

  7. Can you make new "last minute" arrivals for today more visible on the arrivals list?

    • Arrivals made between yesterday 00:00 and today are not easy to see unless you check the reservation report, which is not user friendly in a fast pace environment.
    • Can they be marked in the system with a symbol or color or notification (or in any other way) for us to be notified on the day?

  8. It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

  10. We have a bunch of big groups coming which all have the same task set up, for different departments (e.g. housekeeping and reception). It would be great to be able to make the same task once for the whole group, instead of doing 30-40 tasks individually. The same would go for if we need to make the same task for multiply departments, it would make it easier to just choose the corresponding departments.

  11. Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit, einer Rate nur ein gewisses Kontingent zuzuordnen.

    Ich habe eine Frühbucher-Rate, möchte diese aber nur für eine begrenzte Anzahl an Zimmern buchbar machen.

    Wir arbeiten mit DIRS als Channelmanager, da konnte ich das als Regel einstellen (schließe diese Rate, wenn weniger als x Zimmer verfügbar sind).

    Sinnvoll wäre es, dies unter den Restriktionen einzutragen.

    Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn dies realisiert würde.

  12. När vi gör ankomstlistan för nästa dag "Reservation overview report" så tar det för lång tid nu - ni har ändrad detta nyligen (ca. 10 dagar sedan)
    Vi vill INTE att det hoppar tillbaka till toppen av listan när man korrigerat en ankomst. Vi vill komma tillbaka till listan på den rad/bokstav där vi är.

  13. When you change the date filter and open a reservation, the preselected date resets back to the current date instead of the date you selected which creates an extra step for properties.

  15. To effectively utilize the Availability Blocks section, we need the ability to pick up rooms from a block that has an optional booking status. We often work with call-in allocations, where clients reserve a set number of rooms (e.g., 50) for their participants. As participants book rooms, the booking status changes to "confirmed" once a room is booked for an individual.

  16. Seeing a marker on the timeline for reservations that are unpaid, have an open bill, or are carrying a balance would be a huge help for reservation teams. Even just a dot like Cloudbeds has.

  17. To have a column for email and telephone number for guests in the reservation report.

    This would make it a quicker process to search up existing members instead of having to open one and one reservation/guest profile to find this information.

    This would save the reception a lot of clicking, searching as well as saving time.

  18. When adding a product to a bill, like a parking fee, it would be good to be able to add a note with the fee to the bill so that the note is also shown on the final invoice. If we for example have group/meeting reservations where everything is going on the same bill, for the customer it is occasionally important to know whose parking fees are actually on the final invoice.

  19. Currently, The Space Status Report refers to Stayovers as "Any booking that is staying overnight and has neither arrived that day nor departed that day."

    If the user does not know to include "Arriving/Arrived" filter, they can miss many arrivals that checked in after midnight (especially if their arrival was expected at 3 PM the previous day). This therefore opens up the hotel to possible mistakes.

    It would be nice to simplify the logic to reduce some of the work on the Operations Team. If the unit checked in is staying over - regardless of arrival -they should be listed…
