Report on 'check out with unbalanced bill'
There is an option to 'check out with unbalanced bill' and the option to put a reason for this. It would be useful if this created a a notification or task for a manager to alert them of this.

multi item posting
Create multi-item postings to make upselling easier. Think of Valentine package with chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Currently we need to create 2 items for different VAT calculations. It would make life a lot easier if we could make 1 item Valentine Package with an automated split per bucket.

Balance des tiers avec filtre "négatif/positif"
Notre balance des tiers, avec la fermeture et les annulations est surchargée en encours négatifs.
Nous avons vu ensemble que dès lors que nous avons une annulation, le chiffre d’affaire annulation tardif se poste automatiquement sans que nous ne puissions rien faire.
Est-il possible dans ce cas de faire en sorte de filtrer dans la balance, les encours négatifs et positifs ?

Les propositions que nous envoyons à nos clients pour les demandes de groupes manquent cruellement de clairté et de précisions.
Il faudrait travailler sur le sujet.
Que le client ait un récapitulatif par exemple :
Par date de séjour du nombre de logements proposé, à quel prix par nuit x le nb de nuits le total TTC et HT
idem pour les produits annexes.

Kalender toevoegen bij "receptierekening" (= "losse gast" zonder kamer)
Wij hebben een "receptierekening" aangemaakt waarop wij lopende dingen boeken zoals fietsverhuur, cadeaubonnen verkoop, receptie shop artikelen. Er staan inmiddels heel veel regels op deze rekening. Wij scrollen ons rot. :-) Is het mogelijk om er een kalender aan te hangen. De lopende dingen van die dag zie je in beeld en mocht je iets van een andere dag willen zien dan klik je op het kalendertje om die dag in te kunnen zien.
Ik hoop dat dit duidelijk genoeg is. Ik heb met Stepan gesproken, hij weet volgens mij wat ik bedoel.Succes met deze "opdracht" :-)

User management enhancements so we can edit a username / name / email address. Best described by my help request / use case to Mews Support....
Is there an easy way for Mews support to rename a user and/or email address? We have a user who histrorically used the reservations@ email with almost all permissions as they were very senior. They now use a personal work email address and the reservations email needs to have permissions downgraded and name changed. It seems i have to delete both and recreate but the original user has 30+ housekeeping and other staff as…

See all reservations for a specific unit when that unit is selected
When clicking on a specific unit, there is a section where you can see all the OOO that are scheduled for that unit and any future OOO scheduled as well. It would be nice to also be able to see what future reservations are scheduled for that unit, in the event we need to see which unit is available for an extended stay booking far out on the calendar.

Automatic linking of meals
Automatic linking of meals based on full board:
first meal is breakfast on the 2nd day of the stay, last meal is dinner on the day of departure. This doesn't make sense.
option 1: we choose a standard of first / last meals (for full board stays)
option 2: set by default by Mews that the first meal is dinner on the first day, and the last meal is lunch on the day of departure (for full board stays).For a stay based on half board:

De omzet van een reservering (pas) nemen bij voltooiing/ check-out
Op dit moment zet Mews de omzet door naar het financiële systeem op het moment dat de overnachting plaatsvindt.
Ik zou graag zien (of in ieder geval de optie/keuze hebben) dat de omzet pas wordt genomen en doorgezet naar het financiële systeem op het moment dat de dienst volledig is afgenomen. Wat mij betreft zou dit zijn op het moment van uitchecken waarbij de definitieve factuur aan de gast wordt opgemaakt.Voor annuleringen zie ik hetzelfde voor mij, ook hierbij zou ik graag pas de omzet in het financiële systeem zien op de oorspronkelijke vertrek datum.

Approved company accounts for invoicing
In some properties, invoices should only be issued to companies/TA's that have been approved by headoffice (as its risky to issue invoices to some companies, who have a bad payment track record).
Currently we have a right "issue invoices", but this does not take into account whether that account is able to be posted against, and will allow users to close any invoice against that company, creating a risk that clients will not pay their invoices. This is quite common in our industry.

Cancellations Forecasting
Add some more options on the cancellations report to be able to forecast the expected number of cancellations for a period of time, an event, or similar. Ideas...
1) report based on consumption date instead of cancellation date : the intention is to analyze how far in advanced from arrival date are we getting cancellations so we can forecast the number of rooms we can overbook.

To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date, so one could know the exact Space Status (Dirty/OOS/Inspected) on a certain date in the past.

Filter by Segment for Reservations Overview Report:
This will allow us to easily exclude "long stays" from arrivals, departures, stayovers...
It will make housekeeping job easier, and will help to get a more accurate weekly forecast
