Three improvements
- I would love to be able to lock reservations on the dashboard instead of goin into the full reservation, sometimes we book 15-20 reservations under one person and then when we are done we run the card for deposits and sperate the bills. It would be a great practice to be able to lock them without going back into them.
- I would love if the employees name came up next to when a reservation was cancelled right now it just gives you the date and time but adding the employee like you do when it's created could elevatie the discovery…

Ability to block the other rooms within a parent room if one of these rooms are being booked
In Mews, it is possible to create a parent room, so one room could be sold as two separate rooms or together (room A + B = parent room). Ideally, we would like to also have the option so that when the customer books room A, room B is automatically removed from sales. This will prevent other people booking the other room.

Nous avons beaucoup de compagnies qui chargent à leur compte client et qui paient à chaque mois. Je dois leur envoyer un état de compte à chaque fin de mois, mais présentement en exportant la balance des débiteurs, le visuel n'est pas professionnel et n'est pas à l'image de notre entreprise. J'ai dû créer un template Excel afin d'y copier les données. Avec Hotello, mes états de comptes étaient clairs et je pouvais les envoyer tels quels.
Ma suggestion serait d'ajouter l'option d'une exportation en PDF par compagnie avec le logo de notre entreprise, et d'y ajouter les dates…1 vote -
Maximum advance restriction for Web Booking Engine
Use case:
We want to offer a last-minute rate in our web booking engine to increase and stimulate a last-minute pickup. This rate should ONLY display for dates that fall between a maximum advance period of 7 days.Existing restrictions can be set up to affect the arrival date, however cannot limit the departure date. (rate-specific)
It would be useful to have this option within the restriction options.
Work-around:

bulk update guest classifications

Whenever we there is an event in the area (like London Pride) or we have some building work done, we send guests emails to warn them about this. We then use one of mews classifications to mark the guests that received the emails, so we know at a glance on timeline who knows and who doesn’t!

Visible occupancy on main page
The week snap shot is helpful. However, I would like our team to always know where occupancy is sitting for the current month. It would be great to have a coloured doughnut on MEW dashboard visible at all times.

Sort by any column when viewing tasks
Maintenace - all columns in TASKS are Sortable = Dropdown menu
Could you enable column sorting (e.g., by "Name,")? This would help us organize tasks, such as sorting hotel rooms in ascending or descending order.

Download simplified confirmation letter for group block guests in PDF format
We would like a function where we could download a PDF confirmation letter for guests that are a part of a group block that doesn't have any links or anything in it. Just simply information about their stay: name, date of arrival/departure, room category, rate etc.

Child Pricing on Products
Mews should accurately allocate the price across different age categories. For instance, if a reservation includes products with child pricing, Mews should distribute the total cost based on child pricing and not just equally. For example, if the total price is 67.5 and the reservation has 2 adults and 1 child, the distribution should be 27 (adult price) multiplied by 2 (adults) and 13.5 (child price) multiplied by 1 (child).

"Overdue" Label for Issued Invoices in Search Bar When Receivable Tracking is disabled
For hotels with the "receivable tracking" not enabled, It would be nice to consider removing the Overdue Label for past issued invoices in the Mews Search Bar. The label does not show anywhere other than the search bar.
There is no way to act on it, but seeing it leaves the impression that the users must act on it.

Display accounting report by date period
Display accounting report by day/week/month/etc.. Currently, when selecting a time period, the report shows all revenue posted in that time as totals per category. If you want to find data on a day by day, or month by month, etc., you have to set the filters up separately each time.

Producten toevoegen in boekingsmodule
Op dit moment kunnen producten in de boekingsmodule alleen toegevoegd worden door de gast, op de wijze waarop het product toegevoegd is in Mews operations. Dat betekent wanneer in Mews operations aangegeven staat dat het product 'eenmalig' geboekt wordt, de gast deze niet vaker dan een keer kan bijboeken in de boekingsmodule. Dat is jammer van de omzet en levert herwerk op: de meeste gasten komen met z'n tweeën en willen het product dan vaker dan een keer toevoegen.

Being able to assign specific room types to a rate vs. all being assigned automatically.
It would be helpful if we can select the specific room types we need to assign to a specific rate plan. Currently, we just need to add more restrictions if a room type cannot be sold under a rate plan.

Leave options permanently selected in the check out report
As we also write important information for the check out in the comments, it would be useful if these were also always automatically displayed in the check out report. Currently you have to select them in the filter/options. With every action, however, the selection is always canceled and must be selected again.

Improve Printing Options for Reservation Report
Currently, the option to print a reservation report isn't very useful because it tries to print too many columns and it doesn't display the information very well. It would be great to be able to fully customize the columns in the reservation report and then have a better option to print the report. My team likes to print the reservation report daily, but they don't need all of the default columns that are included in the report when you try and print it. I know you can export the report to excel and edit the columns there, but that isn't…

Create Reservation Report-link with specific filters
Create an automatic scheduled Reservation Report-link with specific filter on default. Just like the scheduled reports that we have today, but that we only receive an link / URL directly to the list in Mews. Also in a security perspective - that we don't have our guest's name sent to our emails everyday with all the booking information. It would be more secure to receive a link so you need to actually log in to Mews to have all the data.
It is so much easier to handle the Reservation List directly in Mews, than operate with PDF.list's.
