Option to automatically send invoices after issuing
Could there be an option to automatically send the invoices after issuing them? The same option exists with normal bills, and it would be great as sometimes people forget and then we are waiting for our money.

Increase occupancy after closing the bill
You should be able to make changes to a reservation after the bill has been closed. This would just create a new separate bill with the extra charge/credit.

Product checklist: Report on guest trends
It would be very useful for us to be able to see the trends for when people arrive for breakfast on different weekdays/times of year, to see when and where we should most efficiently use our staff.
Therefore it would be nice if it was possible to filter the product report in such a way that you can view which products are "checked" at which times on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Similar to (or the same as) how we check when most people check in and out in the Activity Report.

IATA registered travel agencies sync
Given that the roster of IATA registered travel agencies is essentially finite, though subject to occasional changes, with updates regularly made to the IATA database, it might be advantageous for Mews to integrate access to this database. This would facilitate the selection and mapping of IATA agencies.
This notion parallels the address search functionality already incorporated, ensuring that hotels maintain an up-to-date repository of agencies for collaboration. Presently, a challenge arises wherein some properties list IATA agencies as separate companies, while others opt for the lengthier process of creating a travel agent contract.

Stayovers
Reservations checked in after midnight don’t show as stayovers in the morning. This creates confusion for the housekeeping team as the rooms don’t come up in their Space Sratus report.
Our Housekeeping team assign dirty rooms to Room Attendants from Mews Space Status report.
They view three reports:
Departed or departing
Stayovers
Arrived or arrivingReservations checked in after midnight come under arrived however the guest booked and stayed last night and should receive stay over service.

Add posibility to charge extra services at the very same moment they are booked
When a guest has already booked its room, they might add extra services prearrival. At the moment these services are added to the booking, we would love if Mews could take the payment directly. At this moment, we can only configurate automatic payments for room and breakfast, nothing else.

Guest to Product association
As a property that hosts guests for long stays, it is important to know what guest is associated with what product.
When a product is charged (1x) and consumed by one person and two people are on a reservation, there is no way to determine what guest is associated with what product. This gets more complicated the more products purchased that are for single consumption.

Add ability to manager employee supervisor in MMP. This would be helpful for the new Mews University reporting, etc. currently it seems we still have to manage the supervisor settings at the property level. this makes it harder for managing corporate or multi property staff.

Make the daily exchange rate more visible
Good afternoon team Mews
Currently in mews we see that you handle a different exchange rate every day, can you help us to see this exchange rate reflected in the main panel of mews?Since currently the team has to be doing the manual calculations to know how much is the dollar exchange rate that is used every day, and this takes us time to be analyzing and taking out the exchange value of the dollar day by day.
I hope you can support me with this information in the part of the mews panel so that it is visible…

Felxible base rate dependencies / nested base rate dependencies
Currently when a rate is setup as based upon another rate (base rate) it is only possible to setup one fixed adjustment. However, since we offer rates with and without breakfast, occupancy based adjustments need to be different between rates with and without breakfast (for example).
Wouldn’t a setup option be nice that allows to not derive all room / occupancy prices from the base rate, but only derive the base rate by a certain adjustment and setup the occupancy adjustments and room type adjustments.
So like:
Base rate: xyz-Rate (← the one the new rate is derived from)

Routing rules - Bulk update
Currently you need to set an individual routing rule per company/ travel agency. Please add the option to add a rule to bulk/all companies on the system instead of having to add one by one. The aim on this occasion is to have the company that is assigned to the guest profile reflect on the final bill.

Reservation overview report
Please add the possibilty to change the view for the report to a list variant with more filter posibilities: Company, Guest, Room, A-Z etc. just like the accounting report.
The current form of card view is too ******* the eyes and thus not work enviroment friendly. Since it is for 4 lists in 1.

Export Schedule on available for the a "Rolling 7 Days"
Add to the current list of Interval option of a Continuous 7 days that begins the report at "Current Day 00:00 to +7 days at 00:00"
This would allow a daily export of product services sold to show any 7 days out at all times and would also include any late changes that happen for last minute bookings with a cancellation period, add-ons over the phone, and so forth.
