    Desde que creasteis la exportación de INE para enviarlo en formato XML, no ha funcionado en ningun momento, y hablo desde principios o incluso antes de verano!!!!

  3. Mark companies as key accounts

    mark company profiles/accounts as key accounts, to later on run reports on RN produced by this profile/mother account

    When a new export is ready for download, it would be great to have a download option right where you have the notification.

  5. Voucher - Need to be hidden

    When creating vouchers - they need to be able to be made hidden and only appear when you select the TA or OTA that it is connected to. I need this created urgently please.

  7. messaging for non-guest

    It would be great to extend the use of the message app also to non-guests. A link/button for on our website and in the regular e-mails, would be great.

  8. Filter on own made keywords

    We zouden graag willen filteren op eigen keywords. Dat we die zelf bijvoorbeeld kunnen instellen of dat deze erin worden gezet op verzoek. Dan houden we minder hits over en maakt het voor ons overzichtelijker.

  11. Only display actual room type of reservation in assignment bar

    Now all roomtypes with all room numbers are displayed when assigning a reservation.
    You should only see the rooms available for the roomtype that is active for that reservation. When giving an upgrade you should change the roomtype in the tab 'Properties' > space category. When you changed the roomtype, the rooms for that roomtype available will now be shown in the assignment bar.

  12. Use of breaks in contact with guets

    We would like to be able to make paragraphs (by using the enter key) in the messages we get from and send to guests.

  13. Integrate a meeting facility within Mews

    It would be great if Mews would offer a meeting programm within Mews, that way we would not need an external program

  14. products in stay and service could be the same

    Some products are being used in stay but are also used in service.
    For example we have rental bikes that are booked in advance, but are also rented out by guests from outside the hotel. They don't have a booking with us, we book this on a paymaster but have to recreate the products we already have with the stay products. It would be great if we van connect or copy them in some way. Or make them available in the billing screen aswell.

  15. billing and payment of a company should be also visible on the status page in a reservation

    closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

  16. Total of Pax to be added in the reservation report for each reservation

    When filtering for "group by group" in the reservation report, it gives the total rate, revenue and comission. A total of the people would be great to have a quicker overview of all the reservations with more than one room/bed.

  17. Pin the red bar at the top of the timeline, easy for switching rooms for hotels with 100+ rooms.

    To switch reservations with hotels with 100+ rooms, the possibility to pin the red "overbookings" bar at the top of the screen when you are scrolling.
    That way you can switch rooms easily whilst keeping your position on the timeline.

    Basically the same as the "freeze panes" function in Excel.

  20. Split future reservations

    Guests may know in advance that they have companions coming to stay for only part of their reservation. Therefore, properties may want to apply these changes as soon as possible, rather than waiting until after check-in. This additional feature could allow users to split future bookings as necessary.
