The optimal way to handle this is to have a complimentary product with a negative price and the same VAT and use it to balance out the original item instead of using a complimentary type of payment. The VAT will be balanced to 0 and doesn’t need to be paid and count of items will still be trackable.

Even though there’s a privilege for charging cards online, I’ve decided to put this feature in the unlikely section of our ideas. If we see that this feature is something you are very interested in, we will get back to it.

There is a work around for this possible.
The trick is to place the different rates that you want to attach in different rate groups. For public rates but also for voucher rates it will show the cheapest option within the rate group only.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very happy to inform you that as per your request we have added the option to customise your confirmation email per space type.
In order to make use of this functionality:
1. Select a space category (settings > property > space categories)
2. Scroll down to “Order email template”
3. Enter the text you would like to be sent to your guests and hit save.
4. The text will now appear under the “Additional info” section of your confirmation email for the desired space.
NOTE: The text does not need to be in custom HTML to appear correctly in the email.

we just enabled the partial customization of the Before start email which is sent 48 hours before guest’s arrival.
You can now add personalized details, such as specific arrival information or keep guests informed on your social distancing policies and encourage them to check in online.

We are very happy to announce that you are now able to distinguish between children and adults in reports!
Updates for the reservation overview are currently in the final stages of development and will be released very soon.
In addition to this release, we’ll be adding functionality that will allow you to add products to children and adults separately whilst creating a new reservation.
