Display voucher rate only
When using voucher code, only display voucher rate attached to it.
The use case: sometimes the rate attached to the voucher code can be actually more expensive than the standard rate (corporate rate) and customer should not see the cheaper ones.

Sometimes the corporate voucher rate is actually more expensive than the public rate so we do not want guests to see the public rates, only the rate attached to their voucher.

Public rate hidden when the corporate rate is shown.

When a Voucher Rate is given to the guest and booked in Mews Booking Engine, public rates and add-ons still show in the rate and product selection. It would be great to be able to suppress these Public Rates and Add-on by Voucher. In some cases, we only want the guest to see the Voucher (Special Rate) and nothing else. In other cases, we want to limit the number of Add-on or be able to select a few if the guest would like to add. Example, I have a special corporate rate and use a voucher. When I use the booking link, it shows me all the public rates and also the add breakfast product (this is fine) but then also shows Champagne and Cheese, Spa Package, etc... that as a corporate customer I may not want to select. However, I may want to add an early arrival or late departure. I would be good to be able to limit the products and other public rates with Vouchers.

I really like it when you see the more expensive rate stroke through. In this case that wouldn't happen anymore. So I would prefer to only hide other public rates if they are cheaper than the actual voucher rate.

If specific rates can be mapped to a certain booking engine, like as a channel manager that would already solve a lot. This would allow properties to create a separate BE for specific packages or corporate rates without showing any of the other options. And can be navigated to via a separate button on the website.

It would be great if non refundable rate or a particular rate can be hidden when displaying rates that’s used with a voucher.

There is a work around for this possible.
The trick is to place the different rates that you want to attach in different rate groups. For public rates but also for voucher rates it will show the cheapest option within the rate group only. -

Public rates to be hidden when a Promotional rate and Promo code is used.

Voucher code only shows one rate in the Distributor! That is a problem if you want to add several rates to the same voucher.
For example, I tried to add a choice for travel agents to choose accommodation, accommodation with half board or accommodation with full board.
Instead, now I have to send three separate vouchers and more importantly travel agents need to log in with three separate vouchers to compare the options...not ideal for a smooth workflow.
