Mews reporting only takes into account a COUNTRY of origin when filtering reports by ADDRESS. Most of the guests in North America are local guests. Therefore, address reporting is not insightftul for the local market.
Having the insight on which city and state guests come from is extremely valuable in the US and Canada. Current ADDRESS filter is not sufficient for the Market in North America.
To make this report sufficient, properties should be able to filter their guest address by:
CITY
STATE (US)
PROVINCE (Canada)
TERRITORY (US + Canada)

Properties cannot scan/upload guest IDs during online check-in, or on the kiosk or in the system itself if the ID/Driver's License is issued in the US or Canada.
Mews does not support the format of IDs/Driver's Licenses in North America.
This is an extremely important feature as this is industry standard to check guest ID in North America to prevent fraud, and it would increase the value of Mews in NA Market.

Enable scanning of guest IDs/passports/credit card to prevent fraud. In order to prevent guests from creating reservations with fraudulent data with incorrect names and with stolen credit card for example.
Having an inbox in Mews where all messages from different OTAs come would be absolutely fantastic.
All messages would come directly to the PMS and properties wouldn't have to go to all OTAs separately.
