Routing number field needed on guest invoices
Currently guest invoices have the following fields
Bank Account
Bank Name
IBANNA banking terminology is the following:
Bank Name
Account Number
Routing NumberCan guest invoices be changed to include these fields for NA clients?

Bookable Period
Would be nice if in the invoice description at the place of night will be overnight ( as german description as Nacht -> Übernachtung).
This is at the moment not possible, this"words" come from the service hard coded information and this are the only available options at the moment: night, day, Month and hour.1 vote -
Address format for the Nordic region
In the Nordic region the address format is the same for all countries, and this differs from current format Mews is using. It would be nice if there were an option in Mews to select/configure the address formatting for bills and invoices.
For all the Nordic countries the format is the same:
Recipient
Street address (street name followed by the house number, no punctuation)
Postal code and City (postal code first, no separating punctuation)

Translation / wording
Hello,
could we please adjust the German translation of the field "Channel Manager Relative Adjustment" as well as it's info pop-up? The translation states "Relative adjustment FOR Channel Manager" and the pop-up does not mention anything about reservations but only about prices coming from Channel Manager which is typically technically not possible and it is therefore assumable that we are meaning a surcharge on the rates we are sending which is not the case either.

Modify Mews' Clients' Invoicing format to reflect local standards.

Remove "Please keep this for your records" / "Bitte bewahre dies für deine Unterlagen auf"
Remove the Appendix "Please keep this for your records" or in German "Bitte bewahre dies für deine Unterlagen auf". Problem is that in Germany and many other countries there is a formal way of speaking to people.
In our case we use formal for all communication with our guests but this text isn't translated that way. That may be off-putting or probably even offensive for some. Because this note is added right at the footer field anyone could just add that to the footer text field in any way he like (formal or not).

Mews Japanese B2C language (Guest-facing products) completeness stands at 99%. However, there are some nuance issues with translations.

As Mews grows in Thailand, the introduction of system language and L&D collateral becomes important.

translation in all languages from the default language
It is extremely tedious to have to change the translation for each possible languages for each individual element in Mews. A simple task such as making an edit to a unit descriptions requires 150 different entries if we want to accomodate all languages.
There should be an AI tool that translates all Mews textfields in all possible languages from a default language to manage all other translations, such as Deepl for websites.

Date format on reports - not depending on culture format
Recently the date format on reports has been changed for the Danish "Date and Price format" connected to our users in Mews.
So instead of dd-mm-yyyy it is dd.mm.yyyy
Would be great that the date format is not defined TOGETHER with a price format. But that you as user can select the date format that suits you regardless of what price format suits you.
(And of course would be great, if changes to the formatting was announced prior to changing. And that a list of the different definitions was available.

Today in the DO app, change of language will change the buttons, labels, instructions ect... That would be great if the product content (name of products, modifiers, description) could also be translated.

Develop PMS reporting package for US Properties that emulates similar reports found in Opera that can be printed, exported by property and accounting team. may or may not be integrated with a Back Office Accounting Software. This would include but not limited to:

ISTAT - Umbria
Properties in Italy need an ISTAT report. This process can be automated and already is automated in certain regions of Italy. It would make things easier for properties in Umbria if they could also automate this report.
