Company booking engine
We should be able to create a booking engine for companies, where booking is only possible if you have a voucher code. This prevent guests withour a company agreement to book without giving credit card information.

How did you hear about us
I previously suggested this as an option to add to the Booking engine. But it would much better to add it to the Reg card !
This is a fundamental for any PMS systems !!

Average price for breakfast
When a reservation is done with 1 Adult + 1Child than the average price of the breakfast for both products will be displayed.Breakfast adults: 20€, Breakfast child 10€ then it displays 15€. This can be very confusing for guests + staff. It is better to display the price per each product and do not show the average price

Able to Hide Notes from Internals Tab
Currently, the only notes that can be unselected from the reservation report are the "General Note" from the reservation screen. All Internal Tab Notes from the Customer profile remain visible on the report. Some notes are not meant for all departments or all staff. It would be helpful for Admin to be able to run the reports pertaining to each department without having to overshare notes from the customer's profile.
Just the way General Note Can be unselected, notes from the Internals tab should have the same flexibility.

assigning travel agent to different service reservations
hiya, I am trying to assign an existing travel agent to two bookings for a different service (cots). although i can assign the agent to the unit reservations, it will not allow me to assign them to the two other bookings.
any idea how we can change this?

Online Check out available for all reservations
Hi Mews Team,
the online check out function is yet not available for all reservations. For example it is not possible to use the check out online for company reservations. We need this function available for all reservations.
- Enable online checkout for all reservations
- Guest need to change their billing adress during online check out. This is absolutely essential the prevent going customers to front office to change their company adress.
- The process must be easy and quick

The new update is great with categorized notes.

Create a new company with mother company name
Why is it not possibile to add a new company to a mother company while creating it? Actually we have to create a new company and afterwards open the company profile again to add a mother company. We need to add the mother company for the statistcs.

search for a company address of a company with many branch offices
Our big company clients have a lot of branch offices all over Europe. Actually it is not possible in Mews to find the right branch office by typing in the name of the company and the city of the branch. Why not? This should be quite easy to be solved and save a lot of time. Furthermore it would avoid creating the same branch office again and again.

Showing a booking's hours in emails
For emails sent from an hourly service booking, it would be useful if the booked hours could be included in the booking details (e.g. the customer can see that they have booked a room from 9am 30/07/23 - 4pm 30/07/23). Currently only the date is shown. We are using the hourly service for our meeting room.

Confirmation with discount
Guest/booker should be able to see which discount has been deducted from their bill, when a dynamic company rate or a campaign rate has been used.

We would like to have the guest title appear on the registration card.

Manage my reservation
It would be great if a link / website integration could be created so guests can manage their reservations by going to the hotels' website. This would be a handy feature, especially as people cannot find their confirmation mails and such from time to time.

Our direct Chat in room
Add a QR Code or so to the rooms, so the guest can use the direct chat to get in contact with the Hotel from the room and just just via the Emails.

copy reservations from the Guest Portal
If a guest comes often and always make the same reservation, give them the option to copy existing reservations. It makes sense to make this from the guest portal, because all of the informations are already there. They just need to switch the dates.

Set separate Email Sender name rather than using Location Name
Currently the emails that are sent use the location name as the 'Sender' name. We would like to customize this, so that regardless of location, emails sent to our guests are using our company name (or something else).
