Adjusting length of the e-mail queue
Please adjust the length of the e-mail queue to one year. I can look back for four months, but we book one year ahead. So this means that for most of my guests, I cannot see the confirmation e-mail. If the guest does not have it themselves, I cannot prove that and what they booked with us (which is very awkward as you can imagine).

The retention period for offers and booking confirmations should be extended to at least one year. As a resort hotel, we often sell rooms up to twelve months in advance. If the current retention period is not adjusted accordingly, we no longer have access to relevant documents and confirmations. This not only makes it more difficult to trace booking transactions but also creates significant challenges in fulfilling our obligation to provide evidence, for example in cases of no-shows, late cancellations, or legal disputes. Extending the retention period to at least one year is therefore necessary to ensure legally compliant documentation and the proper handling of complaints and legal proceedings.
