  1. Have the possibility send a seperate, secured link just to update the credit card details (not through online check in, but prior to booking) when guests want to book through e-mail, so guests can update their cc details without having to call or send the details through email.

  2. In an Enterprise environment with multiple properties, the BE should offer an alternative property if the selected property is not available. Thus offering the possibility to cross-sell rather than lose the booking.

  4. Please stop creating several profiles for already existing guests. I know that this is based on the e-mail address and that Booking.com creates a new e-mail address every time a guest makes a new reservation, but this makes it impossible to track who's a regular guest and who's coming back when.

  7. It would be great to have confirmation emails sent per room category. At times, we have different directions/instructions per the category we have in Mews.

    This would allow us to personalize the communication to guests even further based on the room they booked.

  8. The idea is that when a guest books one of our properties, he will be asked if he wants to book another as well.
    E.g. A guest books a stay in Vienna. After the booking was completed he gets ask if he wants to book a stay in Munich as well and when clicking on it he gets directly to the booking engine of the other property.

  9. For us, there is no reason for still show any categories without availability. It's only a distraction to the potential guest. Please add a function which allows to hide the non available categories.

  10. If a company has more than one employee working from the same emaill address Mews will not allow us to create them as a guest/booker as the email address already exists. Can you create an option to override this?

  11. Booking gaps should be automatically overridden by the MLOS. For example, if the MLOS is 5 but there is a gap of 3 or 1 night, it should be automatically bookable. This is especially important for smaller properties with individual room categories.

  12. When guests are filling out mandatory fields in the booking engine, such as their phone number, they can fill out a number that does not exist and the booking engine will accept this as a phone number (e.g. just the number "0").

    It would be helpful if the booking engine would recognize phone numbers as a valid phone number, so we have all contact details we may need from the guest after they make the booking.

  13. As the title says, right now you have the option for Customer & Booker, Booker, or None. we would like to see Customer as an option. sometimes we need to confirmations to just go to the customers, and not spam our bookers with the confirmation and cancellation emails.

  14. We manage several holiday rental units and the different space categories have different addresses in two different cities.
    Currently the property address is placed in the general settings tab. The address placed in the general settings tab is the one that appears in the booking confirmation message for reservations at Mews booking engine in at tahe " How to get there" field.
    We've tried to leave the ‘City’ field in the general settings tab blank, but it's not possible because it's a mandatory field.

    As the different space categories are located in two different cities, the fact that the address…

  15. Our big company clients have a lot of branch offices all over Europe. Actually it is not possible in Mews to find the right branch office by typing in the name of the company and the city of the branch. Why not? This should be quite easy to be solved and save a lot of time. Furthermore it would avoid creating the same branch office again and again.

  16. Ability to enter centrally stored common company email footer (HTML snippet) to be attached to all email templates, without having to add (and maintain if changes occur) it individually to each template by hand.

  17. As a property that hosts guests for long stays, it is important to know what guest is associated with what product.

    When a product is charged (1x) and consumed by one person and two people are on a reservation, there is no way to determine what guest is associated with what product. This gets more complicated the more products purchased that are for single consumption.

  19. When campaign code is restricted, booking engine should show this to the guest "the campaign code is not available this date, please try another date"

    At the moment Booking Engine is showing only available rates and not giving any information about the restricted campaign code.

  20. It would be great if you can restrict the guest information that is returned for a certain AccessToken.
    We have an inquiry that our customer wants to see limited guest profile data (only guest name and room number) in our software and not the whole guest information like addresses, communication information, etc...

    Therefore it would be helpful, when such a filter can be configured on Mews side.
