Airbnb, Expedia & Booking.com Chat Integration
Integrate with Airbnb, Expedia and Booking.com directly including Chat API so that we can have a universal chat experience for our guests, currently we are having to use a clunky external system that provides a unified inbox.
But it would be SOOOO much better if this was integrated directly into MEWS.

This is important to our team as well.
To give another specific use case: Our own first-party central server should be able to send out a customised confirmation message right after booking, and a reminder message closer to the start of the stay, regardless of booking channel.
We're currently achieving this for Airbnb and Booking.com guests by using the Messaging API of a different PMS called Beds24. It works quite well. However, we want to be able to do the same somehow via Mews.

This would be a great efficiency to back office operations, we receive approx 5,500 BDC messages per month and to have these linked to to the Mews Message centre would be so beneficial. Also, there is a new Message API for BDC which should make a relatively easy integration - one way should suffice as a reply-to would simply route back into the routing email of the guest.
