An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Astley commentedThis would be a great efficiency to back office operations, we receive approx 5,500 BDC messages per month and to have these linked to to the Mews Message centre would be so beneficial. Also, there is a new Message API for BDC which should make a relatively easy integration - one way should suffice as a reply-to would simply route back into the routing email of the guest.

Hi Mewsers,
if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

We’re building a feature that lets you automatically redirect products from guest bills to company bills. This will not support routing to a paymaster profile yet, but it may already help you.

I would add to include any proposed changes not only in the Kiosk flow, but also the Online Checkin flow - my ask would be to allow the ID Documentation capture for all guests. This will help security around unmanned properties where the 'stayer' is from the same territory and the simple capture point of the information will deter some. The next level is to then do a realtime validation of such documentation with a Selfie (akin to AirBnB) which i am sure is on the roadmap :-)
