  3. You should be able to see any roomnights on a "£0.00" rate from the management report. You should also be able to pull a "Zero Rate" report

  5. We notice that, if we receive a booking by the Distributor, in wich the payer/booker is different from the guest, there is no credit card icon shown in the main screen (and also not on the reservation report). In this case, I think it would be more clear, if the credit card icon shows in the main reservation screen, next to the booker or next to the payment card line.

  7. why we can not have like rate and availability directly on the dashboard with a click by default on the dashboard displaying the rate and availability.

  8. At the moment, if you want to block a space as OOO the space has to be empty. This is really frustrating if you have a big space, eg our 28 bed dorm. I need to unallocate/upgrade all bookings first. It would be easier if I could mark the space as OOO first, then any reservations that can fit into other spaces of this type would be automatically moved. Everything else would sit unallocated for me to upgrade when I'm ready.

  9. Currently in the Status Tab of an Optional Booking, we don't have the ability to assign a Space. However Mews automatically assigns a Space. i.e when Mews assigns a Space, we cannot assign to a different Space, other than by using the timeline to move the reservation. We require the ability to assign space from the Status tab, so that we can assign to None(un-assigned). Similar to Confirmed reservations.

  10. We currently can only filter for used vouchers and are not able to filter for used voucher codes.
    This forces us to create multiple vouchers in case we want to analyse certain cooperations.
    If would be much more useful, if we could also filter the reservations report by "voucher codes" --> this would enable us to use e.g. one PROMO Code marketing voucher and give if various voucher codes.

  11. At the moment, online checked-in reservations are only visible on the day of arrival. In statistics you can find the amount of online check-ins in the past and future however, it is not possible to click through and see the specific guest/reservation the online check-in belongs to. Past of future reservations only show a grey 'manage' button.

  12. We would like to have in just one report all vacant rooms including clean, dirty, inspected, out of service or out of order, and also rooms that have been allocated to guests due to check in but are technically vacant without the need of printing every single report separately.

  13. When a guest books, status inspected should be the preferable choice, then dirty, out of service. That inspected room would be already ready for check-in, whether the out of service room isn't yet.

  14. I would like to be able to prioritise which spaces need to be cleaned first when assigning spaces to my employees.

    Please may you add the filters for example dirty departed and departing in space assignment form.

  17. Als Hotel wir bräuchten ein option die Gutschein zu erstellen und lösen in Mews wie in Inkentoo System Kassen. Sehr wichtig für die Buchaltung

    As a hotel we would need an option to create the voucher and solve it in Mews as in Inkentoo system cash registers. Very important for accounting

  19. add a validity period for product rule.

    for example : Valentine dinner or mandatory new year'event valid only 1 day per year
    can also be used to change price of a product

  20. in the reservationo verzicht you see, after the adjustment of the way of showing the tourist tax, now every day a new post of the tourist tax. This is not a problem with a short stay. but if a guest stays for 3 months it becomes a very long list and not really clear anymore.
