  2. Frequently a guest may be searching for a one night stay and if no one night stay options are available for room the default response in Mews is "the room is not available". It would be more accurate to respond that "the room is only available for 2-nights, 3-nights, etc" The guest would at least know there is option to stay if they opt for more nights but the current default response implies that there is no availability and if they had known there was option for multiple nights it is possible they would book the room.

  3. Bonjour, serait-il possible d'avoir une icône "parking" sur le profil du client dans le calendrier pour rapidement voir combien nous avons de lésa parking ?
    En effet, à ce jour, la gestion sur MEWS du parking n'est pas du tout lisible et pratique... Merci d'avance pour votre retour. Lucas

  5. we seem to have an issue suddenly when creating a booking where the voucher rates are not displayed when attaching a company. this company has not got a voucher attached and if we leave the company blank, the correct voucher rates will display and are bookable.
    this never happened before, so it looks like something has gone wrong in the last couple of hours.

  7. Allow in restrictions the option to apply to same day bookings only. Right now you can only choose a 1 day restriction instead of same day.

  8. When in the billing screen of a reservation that is due out. It would be nice to have an option to Charge, Close and Check out.

    This would prevent us from having to go back into the reservation status and check out the room manually

  9. When using Mews to book a reservation, there are times a manager needs to have the ability to override the restrictions and "Force-Sell" a room. Example the property may have a 2 night minimum, but wants to book a VIP for 1 night only. The process now is to remove the restriction, book the reservation and put the restriction back on which exposes availability. Better to have a NS (Normal Sell using restrictions) and FS (Force-Sell with overrides restrictions) for Management use only.

  10. Adding a file with the cashier transaction as proof of payment would be great. For example, if you need to pay a repair bill with cash

  11. Some of our rates are stand-alone during the week and dependent during the weekend. At the moment we have to ajust the weekend rates manually each time the base rate changes as mews doesn't support rate manipuliations on a daily bases per room type. We would definitely need the option to adjust dependent rates the same way as you adjust the base rate.

  12. it is not always easy to find access to input calendar events. is there a way you are able to add it to the drop down menu for either rates or reservations, or even timeline.
    the only way i find it now is through burger menu, settings, services and then click back at the top left corner on the name of the property. seems a bit weird.

    plus it would be great if their could be a note field so that reservations know what rate, minimum stay, etc should be offered on those days

  13. At this moment, it is not possible to send one confirmation to the guest/company that includes both hotel rooms and meeting rooms as they are two different bookable services.

    It would be great if one confirmation can be send that includes hotel rooms and meeting rooms.

  14. Change the name of out of service, out of service means can't be used in real terms but in mews means still for sale. Doesn't make any sense and too similar to out of order, both mean the same thing. Out of service should say minimal maintenance

    Dans la rubrique Assigner des chambres, serait-il possible de :
    D'avoir les chambres classée par ordre croissant et non par catégorie ?
    Que les chambres en recouche apparaissent différemment des chambres en blanc une couleur différente par exemple, dans un souci d’équité entre femmes de chambre ?
    Et surtout est-il possible que les chambres déjà assignées n’apparaissent plus lorsque l'on veut assigner les chambres restante à d'autres femmes de chambre

  18. Currently there is no ROB (Rooms On the Books) report available in mews. According to the support, the reservations report could be used. However, this report can in no way be used to make forecasting or analyses due to the terrible lay-out.

    So please provide a proper ROB-report as this is the standard in the hospitality.
