Past revenue
Det hadde vært fint å hatt muligheten til å filtrere account ledger på "past revenue" slik at man ikke får opp "future" og "checked" in også.

company profile dashboard
The company profile dashboard currently has some bills and invoices belonging to the company.
However, the organization of this is not quite easy to navigate around as someone would have to remember the bill numbers in order to find bills here. Instead, it would be great if there was a way to sort the bills by due date or closed dates. etc

Automatically invoice by email before checkout
Sent invoice automatically before depature.
Al lot of guests sent a request to send the invoice. Would be nice if this could be set up automatically ( if amount is €0,-)5 votes -
Online gift vouchers
It would be nice to offer our guests an ability to buy a Gift Voucher for our hotels online versus it being a manual process. We previously used Webrezpro, and their system allowed this. Now we have to go back to paper and manual gift certificates.

Limit who has permission to export reports
As one of the individual permissions, give the option to restrict exporting reports. With the current phishing attempts it is very important to limit who can export reservations reports.

Ability to set Payments / Accounting Categories / Products as Accounts Receivables
In order to better manage / reconcile: External Payments (domestic payment cards/cc, e.g.) and Commissions Payable - flexibility to set 'Automatically Create an Accounts Receivable entry' would add value to Accounting teams worldwide.

Impove Timeline visual appearance for improved working conditions & accessibility
We're new to MEWS and whilst the functionality is brilliant (thank you), our front of house team really struggle with the visual appearance of the timeline. Spending lots of screen time on a screen with poor visual appearance and contrasts is not healthy and inefficient as it is difficult to see the timeline at a glance - please could you look at improving visual contrasts both colours and lines between dates/spaces for improved accessibility.

Extra beds
We highly request a function that allows us to have an inventory of all our extra beds in Mews, and that automatically keeps track of when/how many xbeds that are sold. To make sure that we don´t oversell them.
As it is today, we need to manually keep track of incoming reservations that needs xbeds, and put this in an excel document - this needs to be done several tims a week and it takes a lot of time and effort, when it should be a simple solution in the system.5 votes -
Only one Notification for group bookings
When a group booking is created for lets say 10 rooms, you will get 10 notifications for new bookings.
It would be very helpful if you could send only one notification "new groupbooking 10 rooms" via the little bell symbol.2 votes -

The ability to have some pre-saved filters on diftrent reports on your account.
Ex: Reservation report = Save filter go get todays arrival list.

Add filter for note classifications
Add an option to filter which type of notes are shown in reports. An use case would be the "Room Status" report with only housekeeping notes (For the housekeeping obviously).
For example for the "Guests in House" report you have an option to toggle products and then a separate option for refining wich products are shown.
Similar there is already an option to toggle notes (guest notes to be specific). Just add an additional option for choosing wich note classifications should be shown.

Split products into different accounting categories
To be able to create products and split the product into different acocunting categories. Ex. gin&tonic - a part revenue goes to water and a part to liquor. Ex. breakfast - a part revenue goes to food and a part to coffee.

Rate group and rate descriptions showing on the New reservation screen
Currently Mews does not show rate group description and rate description when multiple rates are available within one rate group. This is not ideal for any hotel that may have multiple properties to manage as well as multiple reservationists. Its unreasonable to expect for reservationists and multiple property management to remember or recall information that is vital to relay to the guest at time of booking. Most hotels have multiple rates so this is a feature that is 100% missing and required for Mews tobe competitive in the PMS market for groups and PMS for hotels.

forced CC input to confirm an optional booking quote
When potential clients are choosing to confirm a reservation via Optional booking quote, they are not directed to input thier credit card. They have to search for this feature. The PMS does not require a credit card to confirm these reservations leaving more follow up work on operations and creates confusion for the guest. Autofill the guests credit card to confirm the reservation would alleaviate a lot of head aches.

Searchable fields for companies
Today we only have 2 searchable options for companies. It is the name and the External Identifier.
It would be great if we have more fields to search for in the searchbar i.e. phone number / e-mail address / fiscal information.
When the company profile is getting more and more attention with company billing and such it would be easy to implement a couple of more fields so it will be easier to get to the profiles.

Receive booking modifications
It would be helpful to receive email notifications if a OTA booking has been modified. We have direct integrations for Booking.com and Expedia but do not receive any sort of modification if a booking is modified.
We have previously requested this feature via a support ticket but were told this would not be considered but I'm sure other hoteliers would find this helpful - particularly as some upgrades have not been modified via Mews.1 vote -
Adjust legionella status with occupancy
The current functionality of the dirty (legionella) status is linked to the status of a room: if it's in clean or inspected for 7 days it switches to status dirty ( legionella). If the setting of rooms is: change status to dirty on check-out, then it is possible that if a check-in ( but not check-out) occurs somewhere within the 7 day window, the status of the room during the occupancy changes to dirty( legionella). This is incorrect. As the room is occupied the room should not go to legionella status, as it is used.
