Add routing rule directly from company profile
It would be super handy if we could add the routing rule directly from the company profile instead of creating the company and then setting up the routing rule.

Having profile and routing rule in entirely seperate menus makes for inefficient workflow and higher probability for errors, also you (or your sales manager) cannot get the whole picture at a glance. I dare not mark it critical but I would really love to see this upvoted.

would be a great touchpoint for receptionists to see if there are any routing rules without allowing them to change them also!
