When a guest has already booked its room, they might add extra services prearrival. At the moment these services are added to the booking, we would love if Mews could take the payment directly. At this moment, we can only configurate automatic payments for room and breakfast, nothing else.

Add ability to manager employee supervisor in MMP. This would be helpful for the new Mews University reporting, etc. currently it seems we still have to manage the supervisor settings at the property level. this makes it harder for managing corporate or multi property staff.

Make the daily exchange rate more visible
Good afternoon team Mews
Currently in mews we see that you handle a different exchange rate every day, can you help us to see this exchange rate reflected in the main panel of mews?Since currently the team has to be doing the manual calculations to know how much is the dollar exchange rate that is used every day, and this takes us time to be analyzing and taking out the exchange value of the dollar day by day.
I hope you can support me with this information in the part of the mews panel so that it is visible…

Hello,
Just want to give feedback and maybe you do have this issue under your To Do list.
Guest's check in and check out in mews.
Then guests do have reservations for next night and next next day, for different rate etc.Reception is not able to make key in the same room for two different reservations, in this case we do it manually. Sometimes, payment is paid, key cards are made, the CHECK IN button is forgotten.
Same situation, if a guest checks out and pays his bill, then some sale spich and reception forgot to press the CHECK…

Add "send marketing postal mail" to import
Make the "send marketing postal mail" option available alongside "send marketing emails" in the mews import file.
Many hotels – including ours – are treating e-mail opt-in differently from postal opt-in and would like to import their customer information accordingly.

Zero Balance Required for Check-in
We would like to require all bookings to have zero balance, or be linked to a ledge in order to proceed to check-in. We run a lean operation and all our bookings should be fully pre-paid at time of booking or upon arrival, we want to disable the ability to check-in a booking if there's a balance outstanding.

Exact Search Filter (Global Search)
When using the search bar for reservation 123 Mews often displays too many results as it includes anything with 1 , 2 , or 3. Recently had to search for confirmation 61 and the list of matching results was too long. Should be able to filter exact search therefore returns one match as the reservation is a unique number.

Make product option 'offer to employee' visible in overview
In the overview of all the products we have in the additional and bookable services, I really miss a column that shows which products are visible for employees. Or a possibility to filter those products only.

Accounts Receivable Aging Chart/Management by Calendar month
It makes sense to me to flexibility in AR Management.
The 30 | 60 | 90 day industry standard seems to suit many hoteliers but is hard coded in most PMSs with AR Modules/functions.Some operators in Japan wish to manage and reconcile AR Accounts by calendar month. This is likely to be true elsewhere, given flexibility to do so.

Registration cards for each room instead of each guest
Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

Currently, Mews does not allow sending an automated email before the guest's arrival to request a bank pre-authorization as a guarantee. It is currently possible to realize a pre-authorization but only on the amount of the reservation. So I want to realize a pre-authorization for the booking amount and add the deposit amount, for example 500 euros. Can you add this feature please?
