The new rate management screen is dreadful. Can it be changed back?
I don't know why the rate management screen has been changed but it's dreadful. I used to be able to click on individual days and quickly change the price but now can't. Can it be changed back please? Or give a quick edit option?

Suppress Rate
I am reaching out to request a feature update that would allow rates to be suppressed on reservations. This functionality is very important to our daily operations, as many of our corporate accounts prefer to book reservations for their associates without disclosing the rate to them.
This capability was available to our corporate clients in our previous PMS, and the inability to suppress rates now creates challenges and can negatively impact our business relationships with these clients.

lead-time specific restrictions
a direct way to set minimum length of stay restrictions that depend on the booking window—for example, enabling 1-night stays when booked within a week of arrival but requiring a 2-night minimum otherwise. lead-time-specific rules would make for a better occupancy and facilitate further processes.

Feature Request: Adding gateway state to profile dashboard to see if invoice was received
Hi,
It would be great to see at a glance the gateway state of a bill sent on the guest/company dashboard.
We can see it was “sent” but it doesn’t mean it was received.Gateway State let us know when dropped - for example, there was a typo in the email address
We could more easily identify when invoices have never reached our customers.
Do you think that would be feasible?

Include the field "Purchase order number" in the search bar
We have companies who refer to their reservation by purchase order number.
It would be great to be able to search by purchase order number and the reservation in question would be brought up.1 vote -
O/S (out of sale) space status
Having an ‘Out of Sales’ status which blocks the sale over a date period but does not remove it from the inventory.
It is possible to use House Use but this is not taken into account by RMS DUETTO.

Clicking on a date in the next month
Would be wonderful if you could click on a date in the next month rather than them being blanked out and you having to go up to an arrow in the month calender and clicking a small arrow to move to the next month. Time and wrist saving!

Add separate rate type (not price) per night
We often have groups staying on the basis of bed & breakfast for the first night and a package deal from the second night onwards.
We would like to be able to indicate in one reservation cq room, per night, which rate or rate group should be used. So not the PRICE, but actually select a specific rate type.
Now we have to make two separate reservations, which is very confusing for our Housekeeping and Front Office.

What's the point of offering a breakfast, or a drink or anything else to a guest and not being able to see it on the invoice or the products report ?! Please make anything charged at 0€ visible !!! Thank you

Option to pay by invoice depending on rate or voucher
Offer Pay by Invoice to certain companies linked to a voucher or based on rate. We would like to offer certain companies that have a voucher code to book direct with us the option to pay via invoice instead of having to fill in card details.

Internal Messages: Create Internal preset Groups
Allow Admin Users to create an internal group to facilitate group messages between staff. Right now they can only select staff one by one.

Voucher / Promo Codes for a € discount on the booking amount in the booking engine
Being able to offer a voucher / promo code that allows for a price reduction from the booking amount. E.g. using code "Spring100" in the booking engine to receive a 100 € discount on the price. That is sometimes more effective than offering a %-discount.

Increasing in login security
We are experiencing attempts to get employees to login to a false login-site, where a thirdparty is then mirroring the login credentials, and gets access to the account without the employee knowing. We wish the security level increased. here is some suggetions:
- Messages in case of login attempts on a new device, and the new login should be approved
- Possibility to limit login only to onsite IP-adresses

Not be able to check in to a dirty room
We are struggling with late check in after the front desk staff has gone home.
for example, a person books 21:00 arrives 23:00 but the front desk went home 20:00.
The guest got assigned to a dirty room and the kiosk lets the person check in.
Would like MEWS to assign the guest to inspected rooms first. And stop the guest to check in to a dirty room.3 votes -
Automatic change of cleaning status for parent rooms
The cleaning status of the parent room should also change automatically if the parent room is booked with two seperate reservations. F.e. If both reservations checked in -> parent room should change to same status of both reservations. The same applies if both rooms have been checked out.
At the moment housekeeping has to change the status of the parent room manually.1 vote -
Minibar - Autoassign responsible department when posting POS in Mews app
When Housekeeping posting minibar-products from Mews app it should be able to choose a default on responsible department so they don't have to fill it out every time
