  1. When a guest has paid, an email with the receipt should be automatically created and sent if the profile has an email attached.

    This would save some clicks and also save the environment by not printing (you can just say - the receipt is already sent to you by email :))

  2. As with the rates page, it would be useful to have a search bar for spaces, so that settings can be made more quickly when managing establishments with a large number of spaces, and therefore with several pages (e.g. > 300).

  3. Ability to block exports of the ‘Customer Profile’ report for certain user roles.

    A receptionist on a temporary contract (i.e. working only 1 or 2 days in the hotel) can, if he or she wishes, export the whole of the hotel group's customer database by means of an Excel export filtered by creation date.

  4. Having an ‘Out of Sales’ status which blocks the sale over a date period but does not remove it from the inventory.

    It is possible to use House Use but this is not taken into account by RMS DUETTO.

  5. Add restaurant cheque and meal voucher payment methods in order to :
    - be able to manage these payment methods from reception via MEWS and not just from the POS
    - be able to perform accounting adjustments from MEWS in the event of an input error in the POS, which does not allow this type of action to be performed

  6. Following an update, the character limit for the name of a rate has been lowered to 70 characters, which is too short in relation to our rate nomenclature.
    It should be increased again so that we can continue to have clear rate classification for our teams and avoid all the work of re-naming our rate policy, which is substantial on our side (e.g. 150 characters).

  7. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in der Zeitachse neben den Namen auch direkt die Anzahl der Gäste im Zimmer angezeigt wird. Da wir Aufbettungen buchbar haben und auch Einzelnutzung möglich ist, hätten wir so in der Zeitachse den besseren Überblick.

  9. Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”

    For example:
    ”departed” = green
    ”arriving”= orange
    ”arrived” = yellow
    ”stayover” = blue

    Currently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.

  10. (1) Enable notifications specific to products purchased/booked by guests or added by staff to a bill (not just from the OCI flow, but from any time the product is sold).

    (2) Enable a feature that can filter reservations by Products purchased/booked.

  11. When generating the reservation report using the parameters in the drop-down lists, why can't we tick several items (like it's possible for the segments), but for all ? e.g. room categories or rates or nationalities or countries etc ?

  12. It would be great if it were possible to set an early check-in and early check-out rate per hour. Currently, only a fixed price can be selected, which limits our ability to charge more for these options.

  13. Guest book a room online for 2 adults in a room where we can accommodate 2 adults maximum. But the guest check in with a baby. And we want to adjust the occupancy of the room to 2 Adults and 1 Baby. This is needed for the security of the guest in case of e.g. a fire. It is essential that we know how many people are in the hotel and how many are in a certain room. If we change the maximum occupancy to 3 this would mean guest can book the room for 3 adults.   14. Bei den Anfrage- und Optionsmails wird automatisch die Anreiseinfo des Zimmers mit gesendet. Da der Gast aber noch nicht gebucht hat ist es nicht wünschenswert das er bereits den Wlan-Code für das jeweilige Apartment erhält. Eine separate Anfrage- und Optionsmail nur mit der Aufstellung des Preises wäre wünschenswert.

    1. Gliederung in Zimmerkategorien
    2. Anreise und Abreise
    3. Name des Gastes (optional)
    4. Anzahl Personen gegliedert in Kinder und Erwachsene
    5. Produkte (Hund, Late Check-out, Early Check-in usw.)
    6. Gästenotizen und Hauseigene Notizen

    Dieser Bericht sollte ebenfalls automatisch gesendet werden können.

  17. It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
    At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
    It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
    This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

  18. Hello!

    There's a feature in the billing window, to rename the bill, which is very useful. We generally take notes such as voucher numbers to report in the notes of the document to close.
    This feature though, is not available for the main bill, but only for additional bills you create.
    This is kind of a nuissance because you have to move the items to a new bill in order to be able to rename the bill and set all the notes you need.
    It would be great if also the main bill could be renamed.

    Nous aimerions avoir la possibilité de borner un tarif par occupation.
    Ex: vendre un tarif pour une seule personne
    Cela nous permettrait de vendre des forfaits soirée étape (nuit+PDJ+dîner) pour nos clients corpo.
    Idem, nous aimerions pouvoir borner des produits. Actuellement les restrictions existent uniquement pour les tarifs, or, nous aurions l'utilité d'avoir des restrictions pour les produits afin d'étoffer notre offre produits (ex: box romantique commercialisable uniquement jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée).
