Managing doubtful customers
When we think that a customer is at risk of not paying, we should be able to change their status to ‘Doubtful customer’ so that we can isolate them. If the customer finally settles the debt, then it is reclassified as a normal customer, and if we know that the customer will not pay, then the invoice must be paid using a ‘Loss’ payment method.

Option to block the entry of service charges
When users add a product, they can apply service charges that are mapped to the product group's accounting category. However, it should be possible to block this option because a product group can contain products with different VAT rates, and therefore different accounting categories. As a result, it is not possible to define an accounting category for service charges as the VAT rate cannot be known.

Enable Price Rounding
We request the functionality to round reservation prices to whole numbers in our booking system.
This adjustment is crucial for maintaining the upscale image of our 4 and 5-star hotels, as current pricing often results in decimals.
Implementing whole number pricing will simplify transactions and enhance the premium perception of our rates.

Now, when you enter a roomnumber, it shows partial confirmation numbers mostly. I want to quickly look up a guest by roomnumber, not only by name.

Different colours for the room status for housekeepers
Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”
For example:
”departed” = green
”arriving”= orange
”arrived” = yellow
”stayover” = blueCurrently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.

Name scheduled report excel sheets
Hi,
Even though we can name the schedule, we receive the report with its standard name: Accounting Report - Reservation Report....
This creates confusion as we use the same report with different filters every day, but both are named the same...
Could it be arranged that the report (excel sheet) inherits the name of the schedule?Thanks

Bonjour,
Nous aimerions avoir la possibilité de borner un tarif par occupation.
Ex: vendre un tarif pour une seule personne
Cela nous permettrait de vendre des forfaits soirée étape (nuit+PDJ+dîner) pour nos clients corpo.
Idem, nous aimerions pouvoir borner des produits. Actuellement les restrictions existent uniquement pour les tarifs, or, nous aurions l'utilité d'avoir des restrictions pour les produits afin d'étoffer notre offre produits (ex: box romantique commercialisable uniquement jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée).

Ability to track conversion rate of Inquired Reservations to Confirmed
Revenue Managers are looking for an easier and better tool to track Conversion Rate of Inquired Reservations to Confirmed Reservations more efficiently.
Especially for the hotels utilizing that feature a lot, there are a lot of unexplored avenue when it comes to managing, tracking, and analyzing Inquired Reservations. I
t would also help to keep the "Inquired" label somehow for better reporting.

Dynamic Button for Early C/I and C/O for all Bookings
Currently if a use attempts to set an early arrival for a booking (especially Availability Block group) the early Check-In time is rejected because the block is missing the necessary adjustments. In other words, the system cannot consider early check-in due to conflict with the occupancy time established in the stay settings.
However, this is an avenue for additional income and also for personalized service - clients often find themselves without many options when it comes to that.
On top of the possibility to create "Early C/I products", there should also be a button that could facilitate an earlier check-in…

Multi Property: Add a field in the response that allows filtering customers based on the property where they were create
In a scenario where a multi property shares its customer addressbook across multiple hotels it is difficult to connect 3rd party tools that aim to access only a subset of customer (e.x. only of hotel A). The customer response should contain a field with a property id of where the specific customer was created

Availability block reservation extensions
Currently, you are unable to extend an availability reservation without adjusting the block itself, or making a new reservation then locking it into the same room. Being able to manually extend a room block reservation behind negotiated day's and rates within the block would be excellent so the guest maintains one reservation throughout their stay.

omboarding knowledge hub
Hi Team,
I’ve noticed that the "Onboarding Knowledge Hub" icon is constantly visible on the screen, and currently, there’s no way to remove or hide it. While I understand its purpose, it tends to interfere with daily work, especially when using Mews on smaller screens or mobile devices.
On smaller screens, the icon isn’t movable, which means I often have to rotate the entire device just to access parts of the interface. It would be really helpful to have an option to deactivate or hide the icon when it's not needed.

Rate for additional nights enhancement
Currently, once we click on the “Rate for additional nights” option, we can only choose our standard (public) rates, even though the initial reservation was created for a company rate. It would be great if that feature were extended.

Visualise rate derivation from rates list
In the list of rates, we see
Name, Base rate, Type (private or public), Short name, External name, Enabled, Default.
It would be nice to have at least one extra column, to visualise the adjustment (absolute or relative) from the base rate. View Uninvoiced and Uncharged Past Billings
It would be great to have an option to view all past billings that are at €0.00 and do not yet have an issued invoice (i.e., the payment has not been closed), as well as a report showing all past reservations that still have postings on it and have not been charged at all.
