  3. As a reservations agent I often receive requests via chat for extra products, services or items to be added to a room prior to a guests arrival, for example extra pillows. I would like to be able to create tasks for the correct department when a request has been made.

  5. The Rooming List can be used to add numerous reservations in one go. One of the necessities of this type of import is to be able to calibrate the reservations in one go also. Thus, if the client chooses that all the persons in the group need to pay their extra by themselves, then the Cashlist internals function needs to be ticked the same amount of times in Commander.

    Allow the Rooming List to also populate certain internals directly into the reservations/profiles in order to populate the information in one go.

    Hi Simone,

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. All headers on registration cards are left aligned, whereas free text fields added to the registration cards are right aligned during printing.

    The reason the alignment is set this way, is to allow our uses and guests to easily see when text (such as a name or email for example) has been added to the registration card rather than having all the text stacked. The additional white space on left is added to allow users to write additional text without obstructing the original format.

    The current format has been selected for ease of use. It is therefore unlikely that it will be adjusted in the near future.

  8. every time you complete a task, the filters disappear / clear. that has never happened before and is rather annoying to be honest. it is a waste of time having to (re)set them after each action.

  10. Configuration setting which allows us to Swop number of adults in reservation screen van low to high.
    By default its set to highest number of users, while our business services predominantly 1 persons in dorm types.
    We notice many wrong bookings are made, since its set by default on 1.

    Could we please get a choice on whether we display 1 adult before 2 adults.

    We have removed the social scores from the Dashboard. We are still looking into ways how we can further optimize the space available on the dashboard. Please keep providing suggestions for things you'd love to see on the dashboard.

    As a hotel we would need an option to create the voucher and solve it in Mews as in Inkentoo system cash registers. Very important for accounting

  15. As promised here is the video with the 2 issues that our reception team will be delighted with if they are improved :)

    The first one: when creating invoices, see timecode 1:17, Pam needs to highlight and copy the booking reference number from that booking on the dashboard tab for that booking, she then needs to go to the billing tab and manually paste the number so then the invoice can be generated for the customer.   20. Add to the current list of Interval option of a Continuous 7 days that begins the report at "Current Day 00:00 to +7 days at 00:00"

    This would allow a daily export of product services sold to show any 7 days out at all times and would also include any late changes that happen for last minute bookings with a cancellation period, add-ons over the phone, and so forth.
