Where we can, we'll move ideas around to group them as intuitively as possible for the product managers working on the PMS.

  1. How can it be that manual adjustments to a reservation are always overwritten by the channel manager? In addition, the profile, which then has to be adjusted again several times by the employee. This makes the work more difficult!

  2. It would be great if we could manage the Custom Links by category, and have the possibility to change the order of the links in the list.

  3. Order of the spaces are currently not translated to the overview when you are booking the room so at the moment it cannot be changed.

    Would be great if the room display order pulls through here as well.

  4. possibilité de fermer les chambres à la réservation tout les soirs à la même heure et ouverture tout les matins à la même heure. exemple : reception fermé de 23h00 à 7h30 pas de possibilité de louer des chambres entre 22h00 et 7h30

  5. When we compare the Managers report to other reports in Mews reports & analytics & 3rd party systems that are extracting data via the API we see variances between data. We've been advised that the Managers Report is a snapshot report & does not use live data, when reservations change inside the editable window the Snapshot Managers report is not updated.

    The managers report and it's format is great but we suggest having the managers report as a live report which queries the database when ran and returns true/accurate numbers that stack up to the the API output.

  6. I understand there is a function in MEWS to automate the deposits for new reservations. Is there a way to exclude restricted rates from this automated process?

    The rates we need to exclude are:
    -OTAs (Expedia, booking.com, airbnb)
    -AutoCamp Summit Club
    -AutoCamp Explorer Club
    -Any GRP rate

  7. We need to be able to unnassign multiple reservations from rooms at once. This would help newly refurbished hotels with their mapping.

  8. We should be able to change Guest Name for the products in the bill (or leave it without a name).
    For exampe, at the moment if a Guest wouldn't like to show his name on the company invoice we have to cancel all the postings and add them again.

  10. On the check out report - once a guest has been checked out they disappear from the list. Can they just be moved in to a lower segment on the screen so that they can still be found from the check out report?

  11. Ensure that the items for each stay are assigned to an individual bill. It is confusing, if there are different stays and prepayments displayed on one bill and extra work is needed to separate them for check-out.

  13. Is it possible to create push notifications for check-in? That when the room is checked in, a message for the staff member appears on the display.

  14. In the group overview, it would be very helpful if not only the rooms could be folded in, but also the different arrival days. There are definitely groups with staggered dates.

  17. THIS PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN SOLVED DESPITE YOU SAYING IT HAS BEEN RELEASED!
    the monthly timeline is already a lot better to deal with long-stay enquiries, however, we have just oversold our property due to the fact that a short stay was not showing up on the monthly time line. we thought we had the full three months available when we didn't.
    this is of course not acceptable meaning we are not able to use the monthly view.
    may i suggest perhaps a weekly view? or just make the fields smaller (half or quarter their current width).

  18. Tenemos dos edificios y cada mes, cuando debemos liquidar iva, debemos abrir una a una las facturas que nos arroja el informe de Mews, porque en el excel que nos exporta el sistema, no especifica en ninguna celda, en cual edificio el cliente se hospedo. Esto, sobre todo en temporada alta, nos retrasa muchísimo el trabajo. Por favor agreguen esta celda y ayúdenos agilizar nuestras tareas adminitrativas. Gracias!!!

  19. Hello Mewsers, I think your new availability view is great! It would be even better if you could click directly on the optional reservations and see all reservations staying or arriving in the hotel at that date.

  20. This is very confusing
    Ok for if a guest is staying 2 nights, charging them and never see them again.

    very difficult to read and understand. Once the Guest has been charged. the bill disappears.

    Very difficult to work out what a guest has been charged for and when. especially long term people who do work for accom.

    this needs a lot of work.

    With the GC 'POST' Section, (even though the 'amount outstanding' didn't work, you could see what the guest has paid and when and how. So much better.
